And ..if you are businessman/ entrepreneurs so you are welcome to this State or if you are highly skilled individuals like expert software engineerings, doctors, CA's , Consultant, financial expert,etc then also you are welcomed to that states .......but this not happen..... mostly peoples from UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, MP, WB, etc likes States comes to this State bcz they gives voted for freebies, actually reservation , corruption, and mainly in caste and after getting short term benefit from this they come to this states and distribute that states system....... I have heard this a lot in Karnataka especially Bangalore. I don’t know what people or government want from those who came to earn money. Jobs are given based on the candidate skills and most of us have cracked interview to get a job where we want to. If we start moving to different city, if the start up founder/co founder becomes region specific then it would be hard as bangalore will fight for its own survival. Mostly flats are purchased by non localites for obvious reasons and that adds growth to the state. Being born and brought up in Bengaluru and having worked out my soul for MNC companies for over 25 years and now working as COO in a neighbouring state, things at grass root level is quite contradictory to what you seem to be thinking sitting in Kolkata, in lieu of certain inputs from your acquaintances. Groupism is rampant in middle and top level management. Any HOD prefers employing people from his / her state under them, rather than "upskilling" local talent. Many local talents have migrated to other states in the last 6 to 8 years because of this. I do not expect you and other people to understand this. But a fact remains a fact.
Also, 6 hazaar mein kya ayega, sirf Russian bht jada CHEAP tha, apke standard se. Point bht jada valid hain, lekin tark galat. Baaki mein koi nhi hota apko smjhane wala

My Boss in my last job was a Gujarati... And I was the only regional lead who was non Gujarati 😁 But in my case, he may have been biased towards others but he never did injustice to me... So I don't have any reason to complaint... But many others in the team had such complaints

ohh disclaimer who is reading my comments don't get personally.......
I think this law is not total wrongly bcz ...mainly people who don't belong to State like Karnataka , Maharashtra, tamil nadu, Telangana, gurjat are opposing that law..... basically this law is that you should gives priority to local peoples that belongs to that state bcz they gives voted mainly for development , infrastructure, good governance, employment , law and order , good policy, etc that attracts business and that business generated jobs.......and this law say that business should gives job's that are not highly technical or should not needed High levels skills Jobs like normal office staff, security guard, customer service,and low or medium skills levels job , also easy to teach individuals who are done normal education jobs........ bcz that why they gives votes for... And ..if you are businessman/ entrepreneurs so you are welcome to this State or if you are highly skilled individuals like expert software engineerings, doctors, CA's , Consultant, financial expert,etc then also you are welcomed to that states .......but this not happen..... mostly peoples from UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, MP, WB, etc likes States comes to this State bcz they gives voted for freebies, actually reservation , corruption, and mainly in caste and after getting short term benefit from this they come to this states and distribute that states system.......
For e.g I see many times in our or other residency society and offices or workplace that normal job that don't require any particular skill or knowledge like I mentioned above... security guard, office helpers this types of jobs given to other states peoples bcz they work more time & ask less salary e.g 20k - 25k bcz they live alone as well as poor condition and their family lives in their hometown/homestate.....for them this are very good money.......but locals that are live in that big cities with family how can they afford to live in 20k- 25k salaries.........so in the end what locals get for giving votes for developments or employment is nothing.....but on the others sides people from that states who gives votes for freebies, reservation , corruption, and mainly in caste get everything from their State as well as ours States also......
If other states think that the government in these states created this type of law because of vote politics then I shouldn't think this is wrong......bcz people that want that type of law.
I think my Maharashtra state also created these types of law and strictly enforced them on our state.....

I agree with you 100%, freebees is given from the taxpayers money, let them give it from there party fund, also there is accute shortage of skilled manpower, Adani is bringing skilled manpower from china, L&T is facing shortage of skilled manpower, if ration is free or subsidies, money etc who will work, only taxpayer? I have heard this a lot in Karnataka especially Bangalore. I don’t know what people or government want from those who came to earn money. Jobs are given based on the candidate skills and most of us have cracked interview to get a job where we want to. If we start moving to different city, if the start up founder/co founder becomes region specific then it would be hard as bangalore will fight for its own survival. Mostly flats are purchased by non localites for obvious reasons and that adds growth to the state.
Isse acha sab north wale trading Seekh lo, ghar pe baitho aur trade karo, duniya ghumo, Kerala, Chennai hills stations jao aur chill karo.
