Love how productive this was for you! It really is a great feeling to minimize your spaces and only keep the things that serve you and that have a purpose!
You could get a small chest of drawers (kinda like the ikea malm, the 3 drawers one) where you can put your bottoms and maybe bikinis, activewear, etc. And only for aesthetic purposes (but also for more space) switch all your hangers to thin velvet ones, it’ll look neater and you’ll have more space to look through your clothes, those plastic hangers are thick and take up way more space than you imagine!

Great video! I am on a journey to minimalism also. The toughest area for me is my closet. So on January 1st, I turned all my hangers and hooked them from the backside. Then as I wear clothes, the hanger gets hooked from the front. My New Year goal was to get rid of anything that has a hanger hooked from the back. Wish me luck at the end of December!

Where I live, if I only had 65 items I’d freeze in winter! Yikes. 😮
I’ve got my 30-35 item quarterly capsule wardrobe. Plus the rest of my closet. I have 3 levels of winter coats alone 😅. I’m on the lightest level right now if anyone’s wondering. After this is spring jacket. Then light jacket. Then summer (cardigan).
Oh wow yeah I wouldn’t be able to live in winter my wardrobe now. Luckily I live in a warmer climate so I can own less items.

Great video and declutter! May I suggest getting some velvet hangers? You can get them from Costco, or The Container Store...(more stores too).they were a GAME CHANGER for my closet. My friend suggested it and I didn't think it would make that much of a difference but it did. Created more space and looked more organized.

Great job! I live in England so I need a whole wardrobe change for the different seasons, I've just put my summer things away and put out all of my hoodies and sweaters haha. I only own 3 pairs of shorts because it's only hot enough for them for a month or two in the summer. I wish my winter coats and knitwear didn't take up so much space so it could look as minimal as your result!
Thank you!! Oh that’s so true I am lucky in that sense that most of my clothes don’t take up much space because of where I live. 3 pairs of shorts is impressive though!! I wouldn’t worry too much how it looks as long as you have what you need and get rid of what you don’t need I think you should be proud of your minimal closet😊
