11:39 - if you enter this room before watching at wounded Octavio and calling Meg, and see the killer you're gonna chase later, hiding behind the table (just what you have shown), he will shout: "Get out, the Chupacabra is in the hotel! It had attacked a man in the next room!" So we find out that guy had wounded Octavio and tried to blame the Chupacabra at everything.
