I haven't seen anything noticeable I think it all depends on how good your pc is and how slow your prepared the game to play. I haven't found a problem with this method clubs still come and sign your players from other nations not as playable leagues no problem

How does this affect transfers? Will there still be as many offers as if you set the leagues as playable or will there be fewer?
