Just learn to know yourself and use breathing as a tool to do it. In my case I learned that over breathing before a workout (massive over breathing), is not the best.. I become light headed and less calm. What I do is many small breath holds before and after.. and use wim hof when I’m more calm. But a again is all about the feeling. Breathing in it self is a world can change your life and is much more deeper than only breathing liters and liters of air. You should check also buteiko method and fire breath and start experimenting your self! 👍💪
