Best of luck for 2024! I´m just finishing the rebuild of an 2003 R1, touching every bolt in it and it genuinely looks like fresh out of the store now. Got my brand new Michelin Power 6 yesterday and can´t freakin wait to get on the bike again! 😁
Dang it Jonathan! I missed your heart rate by 2..... 😁 Great to see you sporting the team colors, looking very sharp! Getting excited to watch and cheer you on this season! Also looking forward to getting some time on the track myself. 😉 Thanks for sharing and keep yourself safe! 😃👍❤🏍🏁🏆 Randy
Looking sharp in your new colors, although it appears that you're running out of room for any more sponsors!😅 Love the behind the scenes interviews, banter & especially the track action! Killin' it, Jonny!💪😎💙
187 Spot on lol! Definitely the blue with a touch of red ,class ! Nice to see stephen interviewing you hopefully another big one at the end of the season to mate 👊
I'd guess about 167 bpm for the test! Good luck on the new season Jonny, if your bike had mirrors youll see the Ducatis and BMW's in them throughout the season!
I do sleep heart rate for recovery also resting heart rate. As a Type 1 Diabetic I cycle a lot mountain bike everyday as I recover from a 4 brake right Femur and then a renail as the nail snapped down the centre of the bone ala Barry Sheen. 178 peak and average 154bpm. resting 45bpm. Sleep is very important for micro tears in the quads for rider memory on the bike as learned this from motocross. Diabeties has made me look at my body more, and went to Polar watch as those chest heart rate sensors are crap.
These videos are brilliant Jonathan. I'm not sure if you will have the time when the season starts, but I for one would love to see your behind the scenes during the season. I can't wait for the new season to start, best of luck.
Jonathan, you only averaged 59km/h and max of 73km/h, now I'm not sure but it looked at bit faster than that to me? Everyone seems really motivated, should be a great 2024 👍👍👍
Good luck for the battles you will face on the Yamaha this year, but I would be curious to know how your braking system works; essentially, how does the pressure you exert on the rear brake pedal interact with the operation of the two handlebar levers?
I got it bang on. haha no really. I said 175. Good to see you in blue anyways. Always been a Yamaha fan as a brand but liked yourself as a rider so no split allegiances now. Sorted.
Before you do stuff like this remember there are people out there who are not so fit and try to copy what you do in certain ways .I would suggest one goes to a cardiologist also at the beginning of the season everything over 180 can be detramental to your heart if not trained and even trained (sudden death footballers) damage from the covid injection myocarditis etc .
Ooooo, long way off lol... Was it Lorenzo or Vinales in Motogp that had a heart rate of 84 during the race, and the commentators thought it must be broke at first.. 😂😂❤
I thought your heart rate would be lower, being a professional rider. But again, you ride harder than any non-professional so I guess it make sense. My first track day heart rate was 160.
4 NI lads heading to PI, best of luck we be cheering you on all the way✊️✊️
Best of luck for 2024!

First you look good in Blue, and the video is great. Keep it up. Fingers crossed for the rest of the season. Go and show them how it's done. 😊
You're THE BEST !!! Fantastic rider 👍
Looking sharp in your new colors, although it appears that you're running out of room for any more sponsors!😅 Love the behind the scenes interviews, banter & especially the track action! Killin' it, Jonny!💪😎💙

Your heart rate is probably lower than mine as we watch the race...
I'd guess about 167 bpm for the test! Good luck on the new season Jonny, if your bike had mirrors youll see the Ducatis and BMW's in them throughout the season!

An inspiration to many to run the race put before them, utilizing the gifts given, ultimately to glorify God in heaven. Very thankful for you JR!
I thought you'd be 135bpm as your so cool. But 187 ? 😮.
All the best buddy. 👍🏼🙏🏼
140bpm
Has Locatelli helped you learn the Yamaha or maybe even Toprak?
We need to see the heart rate when the rear tire is new vs when the rear tire has 20 laps on it. ;)
172 good luck for 24 Jonathan 👏
Resting 69- top rate on bike. 198. At full on.
