I LOVE the way the Referee addressed the team captains before the overtime coin toss. He kind of helped build up the hype of overtime in a National Championship Game that was already pulse pounding and exciting.
Eli is a legend beyond legends. When I was younger and an Alabama was not televised you could always see the game through the radio listening to his broadcast. I remember going on a dove shoot and every hunter had a portable radio listening to the game. What an extraordinary man.

GuessTechSports I seriously need to learn how to get the game with Eli gold minus the bullshit. ESPN gives me a headache by always trying to tell me the world is about to end, Garry and Vern on CBS used to do me the same way as ESPN and they were so bad I'm glad ESPN did the final show but nothing tops Eli gold. I need to find his station to watch every game even if I have to lower the ESPN volume down an turn Eli gold up LOL!!! RTR!!!

The speech that Eli Gold made after the final touchdown and Alabama won the game is what I use if someone calls my phone and it goes to voicemail. That's what they hear. I get a lot of comments from people. It sounds great.

I love how Davin Bellamy (GA # 17) sacked Tua, slapped the ball and got up trying to act all bad-ass... That was 2nd to the last play... Then, Tua throws a game winner and a full 30 seconds after the catch they pan over to Davin again and he's still standing there breathing hard and completely STUNNED and can't believe what just happened...... ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!!!!!!

Glad we got the best Coach of all time in NCAA football. We over came some Georgia home cooking calls by the refs and won even though we tried SO HARD to give this one AWAY !!!

I'm a Alabama fan all my life, I just want say Hurts can pass, before that game started, what were they saying about Hurts. He's not a good passersby, at half time he was being killed by Georges QB, that was sick to see his stats for 2 quarters, Saban had no choice but to gamble on a freshman because He had already been told if u can't run the play we call u want be played long and he didn't believe he could be benched. Ur the stater and scared to throw the ball, always looking to run the ball instead of passing, the freshman did stay in the pocket looking to pass, thats why we couldn't beat Alburn because he couldn't pass when they called for him to pass, I'm a Bama fan, just not a hurts fan, there is no way Hurts could have made those passes that boy made, that last pass, no way he would have gotten that with hurts, we would have lost that game if Saban did not gamble on that because u can't just keep running when u suppose to throw when it's called, u only run when you have to, u don't see good quarter backs running, if Brady does that in a superbowl, u think they can win, u should be happy he changed QBs, we had the receivers but if u can't ever get a chance how can u help them win, u see how they changed when they were going 2 be passed to, they were like another team, Hurts got his chance but look at his status, if he plays like that the next half we loose, I guess y'all want to loose the big game like with Alburn, we never had a chance with hurts and Saban wasn't going to let him cost us that game like with Alburn, all the freshman did was run the play called and did not look to run like u suppose to, just because I didn't want hurts to be QB don't mean I'm not a Bama fan, I was wanting to win, we got our chance with taking him out, yall at like he was doing good, hell we would have lost but act like u didn't even care as long as we go down with Hurts, I guess y'all would have been happy, but I glad they took him out, he ant no QB in my book

Wouldn't have made a difference. Bama defense was killing em towards the end. Fromm and Kirby especially couldn't handle the moment. He proved the same thing the following year in the SEC championship.

It was more about tempo if u look at the time of possesion Georgia was running the ball and eating time of the clock and Tua ran the hurry up better than Jalen even in practice which nick already knew and Jalen was taking too long to develope plays and Tua was scoring fast and he had sacks just like jalen and threw and interception so let's not just give him so much hype cuz that touchdown pass to Calvin Ridley was lucky as hell and wasnt even intended for him he just snatched it like the 5 star player he is

Saban started off with the dumbest game plan by playing Hurts. U already know the dogs already know that he's running every play because he can't throw a ball and Saban has no confidence in him doing that. I been saying it all year, we need a QB because he is a runner not a QB. They wasn't going 2 let him run and watch the first half, he never throws the ball at all, u could have just put a running back in that spot and just let him take the snaps. Hurts should have played but some other position, I know he wanted everyone to believe he was the leader of the offense but that's all it was, he knew he couldn't never lead this team, he did nothing for 2 quarters and if u can't pass a football, how can u lead a team. I have always said, he's afraid to throw the ball and looked every play 2 see where he could run, the receivers even stopped running roughts because they knew they had to block, all that changed if u watch, the receivers started trying cause they knew he was at least going to try and did, that's what changed the game, Hurts never would have made it as the starter if it wasnt for their defense, Hurts thought he would come back in after the freshman got them back in the game but Saban wasn't going to let hurts blow the game cause u can't just run every play and they know, Hurts really knew after HD tied that game he was done and the freshman has been on every show about this game, u know that has to be killing Hurts but he just thought, no way in this game Saban would pull him, he should have told him before the game, I'll give u 2 quarters and if we ant up or close, u know what is coming and I just wondering what would hurts have done, he just thought to himself I'm the starter and we either win with me or loose with me but I bet he was thinking about everything he should have done but u can't think u can't be replaced, if u going to run every play, u better run like the law is after u but u had to have first downs, Hurts just wasn't the QB we needed and could have won last year but had his ass again just running, u can't put it on nobody else but hurts

Tederius Byrd Getting sacked is apart of the game, and the pick was because tua thought it was a different play, shit like that happens when you don't get much playing time, and you said tua was over throwing receivers lmfao almost 90% of his balls were exactly where they were supposed to be, where only the receiver can get, if you think hurts is nearly on the same level passing as tua then your stupid af, look at the offensive line they block so good all the time and hurts always gets happy and runs out the pocket and throws it away for no reason, instead of stepping up in the pocket or taking off and running, and stop with this he got us there shit, no HE didn't the team did he played a role, and they called the exact same plays for tua that they did for hurts, but the defense actually feared tua's arm and not hurts so when they called qb runs they were getting 4-5 and not struggling to get 2 or 3, look at every team that we played with a good defense and hurts struggled every fucking time, you know why because he can't throw the ball and defense can play up and wait for the run or the wr screen, because they don't fear hurts arm at all or his ability to read a defense, btw imma diehard to i just call it how i see it

Here's where I have a problem with all the Georgia fans I see complaining about how "the refs cheated and gave it to Alabama." 24:42 UGA has just scored a touchdown and gotten an interception in 'Bama territory while already being up two scores 20-7. They have all the momentum on their side and have the opportunity to stretch their lead even further. Then on the next play Fromm throws a pick right back to the Tide, and the rest is history. So, UGA's fate was in their own hands, a national title was there for the taking, and they, quite literally, THREW IT AWAY. There were some missed calls on both sides by the ref's, but there's no way you can say the game was just given to 'Bama or it was some conspiracy.

The officiating was horrible. But Jake Fromm torched Bama in 3rd down in the first half. The 2nd half, the offensive coordinator took the ball out of Jake Fromm's hands on 3rd downs. Wildcat equals wild finish fro Bama.

If it was an all SEC matchup, they should have had SEC refs. I mean one point in the game UGA was called for sideline interference, then a few plays later they say sideline warning, its their first??? Their was the false start on the block punt, but that would have been a dead ball (re-kick). #48 should have been ejected from the game. There were more But Bama won and should have one, if their field goal kicker makes his kicks. GA got conservative in the 2nd half.
