This is the BEST explanation of the BULERIAS rhythm I have ever seen. The similarity to Indian and eastern beats is also very clear, the variation on triads is fascinating based on different areas of origin in Spain. Wow! Subscribed!
I love how you make me feel that I can do it too... I have zero dance history but i really want to learn flamenco. You inspire me to work at it and always move forward 😊
Hi, I really like your videos. When you are showing subida, it is not easy to see what your left foot is doing. Also, the long leggings cast shadows on your heels and it is not clear what steps you are doing.

Many thanks, and I still feel like a beginner student myself!. So much to learn from other cultures too. Flamenco is such a melting pot.

Can you teach Sevillianas? I have always wanted to learn that. But this was an interesting lesson about bulerias.
Will definitely do a series of 4 videos each with one sevillana explained thoroughly!!
Please could you break down the subida a bit more? I couldn’t quite figure out what each foot was doing! Gracias.
Will try in the next video. Many thanks for watching!!
