BASIC VC VS COMPLETE VC SETUP

BOSCH CCSD 1000 is used as a base for Video Conferencing solutions.
This Video was taken in Malaysia.
It explains 2 different Video Cnferecing setup
1- Basic setup ( small meeting room )

ii) Jabra 710 speaker phone
iii) Lumens B11U web cam ( 4K resolution with wide angle )
2- Comprehensive setup ( small , mid and large meeting room )
this setup is for those needing HIGH sound clarity in VC session.*
i) Newline Large panel 98"
ii) Bosch CCS 1000 D microphone
iii) Lumens Camera VC51P , or 61P
iv) ATEN CONTROLLER & Matrix switcher
v) ElectroVoice speaker
vi) Capture device
vii) Streaming Device
viii) Touch Monitor for chairman

You need to find a way to eliminate the long microphones. The press is enough to get the camera to the speaker and have him speak right away through the camera focus without the long thing in front of him.

Hi fairview.. If that is the case.. then you need to be careful where you going to place your microphone.
Because it will create feedback and unwanted acoustic issues.
Long microphones are placed for a several specific objectives, one of it, is the requirement for ultra high sound quality. 😉

Do you gave other option for Board setup. Without using those mic. Like linking/connecting 4 to 6 speaker phone?

Hi Jesse ,
Yes you can also go other Mic as well, such as JAbra 710, Poly Studio, Yamaha YVC-1000 and many more.
However it might not be as good as the Bosh mic. but you always can go for alternative mic if the budget is the limitation.

I just use zoom or any other VC platforms to communicate or dial in.
