I'm going to bump your comment specifically to feed your algorithm more diarrhea. Now you've watched 2 videos with "diarrhea" in the title and commented at least once with the word "diarrhea" with at least 1 response with the word "diarrhea" used 4 times. Your algorithm is going to feed you nothing but DBs.
You're so right about starting in the negative with a movie about diarrhea. I was skeptical, but you really pulled me in. The slow dribble of information given to piece together the world and the Diarrhea Brother's place in it was really well done.
This could be a very rewatchable movie. Every sequence brings something new, usually out of left field. The doppler bit is a great example, it keeps going and building and actually ends up interrupting the point of the scene. Brilliant. I did a stupid loud "HA" cackle at so many bits. That's the kind of movie it is, it forces it out of you as you mumble "that's so stupid". What a good time. I also wanted to say the fight in the underpass is genuinely pretty cool for what it is and I hope you'll do a sort of genuine hard boiled movie too at some point.
I really loved this movie, with all of the tropes, seemingly random scenes that actually came back, the fact the diarrhea has no purpose and somehow is a business is just beautiful.
You killed it as Rachel, perfect build from that quiet pain of not being taken seriously all the way up to... y'know, the later scenes. Somehow the most relatable and most insane character.
I was most thrilled to see Mason back. I hadn’t seen him in a video of yours in 3 years or so. Something about his acting style is really entertaining out of all your guest actors! I definitely wasn’t expecting the production value to be so high in this one! But really, this is the best work you've done yet. The amount of work you put into the set locations and prop/costume designs was absolutely incredible. The prisoner cells for Bernardo and Winston (the lightning for that stone cell was perfection) were really amazing, seriously! The best cameo appearance from anything ever was Gus Johnson!
@@guyinc0gnito Yesss! And "When introducing your friends goes too well" The dude is a very natural comedian and actor. I just really enjoy seeing him in his videos! Thrilled he finally made another movie with Joel.
I think the confidence song was something I connected with emotionally. The only thing really that can make yourself confident is you. You can't rely on someone else to pep talk yourself into being confident for an extended amount of time.
The inspiration of Naked Gun and similar films is clear. It really had a kind of Marx Bros feel to it with the characters being occasionally at odds with one another but generally united in their goals. There were so many good, stupid bits. Definitely one I'll rewatch at a later date and enjoy just as much if not more than on the initial viewing. Thanks for making stuff, guys! I truly love and appreciate it!
Just finished watching the movie. Absolutely hilarious. Would love to see a blooper reel cus some of those scenes must have been so hard to keep it straight.
I hurt myself laughing at poop jokes. You guys are solid comedy gold. It felt like watching a new season of UCB, without a network forcing commercial breaks.
I started watching this one and couldn't stop watching. The pacing felt very snappy and the humor landed consistently for me. I was very impressed with how normal it felt that there was a small family business centered around delivering diarrhea to people. By the end of the movie, I didn't even question "why?" It simply was. This also felt big! Thanks for directing it, Joel and thanks to everyone else who made the movie; it was a great watch!
Never thought i would spend a saturday night watching a diarrhea movie, but i did. And i enjoyed it very much. It went places i never thought it would. Cant wait for whatever you guys do next
this is all really impressive and I hope you keep making features after the year ends, this is the most exciting and interesting you’ve ever been and you’re a true artist. Can’t even wrap my head around how you made this and Hiccups in such a short time frame
Ill be honest, I still have most of your movies open in a tab somewhere that I've started but never finished. This one though, the name got me so I had to watch this through immediately lol
Hey Joel, I doubt you'll see this comment since you're so busy but I have to say thank you for all the content you make. I've been watching your videos for years and fell in love with your movies. I'm applying for an early college opportunity I was offered and I chose to write the essay for it about you. You're an inspiration to many, many people and I am excited to see the rest of the movies this year!!
I feel like especially with this movie you could get someone to cut some parts up into youtube shorts to generate more attention for it. I loved this movie so much I couldn't stop laughing
The chemistry between the brothers was great. The timing & animated/muted reactions just made this so funny. Felt like a skit movie. Definitely my favourite of the year from you!
You really nailed the mark with this movie. I thought it was going to be pretty stupid at first, but I gave it a chance because I like your movies. Some of your bits in this movie are hilarious. This is one of the funniest movies I've seen in a long time. You're 100% right about commitment to the bit winning people over. I love Joel's movies.
Most of them have been great, you should watch them. The Text is short and sweet and the anyone else but me was probably the best. The animated one was interesting but dragged a bit, and the others were a bit forgettable.
it paid off, because in a spreadsheet I've been maintaining for years of all the movies I've seen, this one joins the ranks of The Text and Hello My Beautiful Creatures, as all three have the Great rating, which I've given to only 10% of the films I've seen. Some other Greats to help paint a picture of what I enjoy: * Hundreds of Beavers * Pleasantville * The Nice Guys * The Final Girls * Dr Strangelove * Peter Pan Goes Wrong * Troll 2
I loved it guys! Such a diverse and talented bunch of clowns. I found myself drawn in and swirling in the plot ...or barrel as it were. You are sheit delivery guys...Thanks!
It’s a great movie, I laughed out loud a few times. It’s really impressive that you can make great movies in vastly different genres. Thanks for sharing your art, the world is a better place with you in it.
haven't had time to watch the films this year so far but found time to watch this one and im so glad i did. i think i will make time to watch the rest. it seemed so clever and cool
As a backer, I’m VERY disappointed with the out-of-control spending. Four costumes? Coulda easily shared one and filmed everybody separately. Three barrels? Again, coulda used one! DUH! A dozen locations? Sorry, was ONE not good enough? It’s sad to see success change people like this. I bet you guys wipe the diarrhea off your butts with $100 bills.
I love the serious films you've made, Joel, but when I say I was hungering for a sequel to GoodLongPee the movie... and you delivered a diarrhea movie... I cried tears of joy.
This movie is some of the funniest shit/diarrhea I have ever seen and is definitely in my top 10 movies this year - next to two other movies you did this year. That is a good ratio, I would say♥
I love movies
VALID OPINION 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🕺🕺🕺🕺🕺🕺
movies love you too
Joel I loved your shitty movie. Shitty because it was about delivering 400lb barrels of diarrhea to people.
I love movies
I love movies and diarrhea so this is a great day for me.
I hope the algorithm isnt gonna take too much note that I've viewed, liked and commented 2 separate diarrhea movies in the same day
I farted when I laughed while reading that. Been holding it a long time at work. Hahahahahaha

Taking pure stupidity very seriously is like the best form of comedy and you guys freaking nailed that
I agree and it’s an honor you think we pulled it off!
The Bechdel Test bits made me laugh out loud
This isn't the good long peequel I expected, it's the good long peequel I needed
The Joel Trent and Alex brand of being silly is one of my favourite things in this whole wide world
Me too : )
Me too :)
Me three and four :^

I loved this movie. Life has been weird and this hit me at the right time time. Thank you Diarrhea Brothers.
Glad that the Diarrhea Brothers could find you through the weirdness❤️

As a goodlongpee enjoyer, this has been my favorite movie of yours!
I’ve had ChatGPT write me dozens of diarrhea scripts for X-Files, TNG, and Mad Men. So happy to see this underserved genre finally hit the big screen.
I would watch a mad men episode about diarrhea
Diarrhea Brothers is a tour de force. It would make a great triple viewing with Freddy Got Fingered and Tim and Eric’s Billion Dollar Movie.
"The Diarrhea Brothers Save The Day" was a comedy? I thought it was a romance-true crime-horror-thriller.
My favorite of the features so far! My God that was pure genius, I still can't get over it lmfao!!!

i caught this earlier today. this might be the best movie you've made yet in this journey.
Genuinely loved this movie Joel. Put a smile on my face in a dark time, it's just pure goofiness in the best way possible.

Fucking LOVED the movie, boys. So many things to laugh along with. It's fun to think of a world where sheer absurdity reigns supreme.
Definitely a lot of 3 Stooges energy present. With the 4th stooge coming along for the ride.
PLEASE give us an outtake video, I'm sure everyone broke the scene multiple times.
10/10 movie, love hearing the "behind the scenes" bits, would love to see the budget breakdown
I loved every stinkin' second of the diarrhea movie, thanks guys
I enjoyed the heck out of it! Well done!
