Greg, another great cook. Try dusting the corn with Rock'n Chick'n blend as a light finish. You will get a street corn profile that's fantastic.

@@Trumpetmaster77 it is so good cooked this way. The hot sauce brings it to the next level.

Sure looks good Greg, and thanks for going over your grilling skills here - its hit or miss for me as I don't know how to do it exactly but with the 200F internal temp rule hopefully that will work. Anyway, 'our local corn is out' - are you sure it is local? I know they cannot grow corn is Saskatchewan as their season is too short, and to have fully grown corn anywhere in Canada in July would be difficult. It may have been shipped from down south, just thinkin...

@@dhenschel4 I bought it straight from the farm. Local corn is ready in my area in southern Ontario. This is so good cooked this way. So much better than boiled corn.

@@GregRocheleau The weather in your area is much warmer than Saskatchewan so I guess you could have corn by now. Still pretty amazing. And I agree, it is hard to beat grilled corn. Try it in the husk too, really comes out great.

@@user-sq9sy1es5j Thanks for all the input on this issue, but I am still not sold. We have corn for sale here also but are no where near harvest. I am looking at a corn harvest map for the US, and the earliest is Florida on 7/15. Michigan starts 10/3, New York 10/10. Also, the harvest time after planting varys from 60 to 100 days or longer. I'm thinking the corn they are selling is coming from Mexico but just a guess.
