- Grilling 2 Whole Chickens directly on the grill using the Masterbuilt Gravity series 800. Seasoning with the Rock’n Chick’n rub from the Paradise Pepper Company. Completing the cook by coating the chicken in butter at the end of the cook. The chicken turned out amazing with the tastiest skin. The Masterbuilt Gravity Series cooked this chicken indirectly keeping the chicken safe from flare ups while being grilled.

Man do I know how tasty those chickens can be . We did some at 165 for 4 hours ,so moist awesome tasting .i think the Rub is great .Cheers friend.

I am still using it. Really easy to use. I use the window mount, still holding. Hands free calling and texting. Well worth the money. My video didn’t get a lot of views, not sure if I will do a second video.
