  • Description: Complete Step by Step 1 Piece * NO CUT * 05-07 headlight upgrade for 99-04 Ford F250 F350 Spec-D Tuning Headlight PN 2LH-F250991PCG-RS. Want a direct Headlight Assembly plug and play upgrade with no cutting? Check these out on eBay or Zoro for under $160.00. Or on Amazon for $138.54 here; www.amazon.com/dp/B01H05QII0/...
    I think you’ll really enjoy the look, these should get your attention! Some sellers assemblies don’t come with the 9007 bulbs so you may need to reuse the old ones, or install some AUXITIO LED bulbs here; • AUXITO 9007 HB5 12K Lu...
    Pros:
    - No CUTTING or Modifications needed to install them, A HUGE PLUS! It’s Plug & Play & If you want to revert back to your stock or similar style you can easily do it, It’s NOT permanent.
    - Price is very reasonable when compared to similar units.
    - Better Lighting than stock.
    - If you have to work on or replace an assembly with the same PN or another one you don’t have to remove the batteries after the initial installation, even if the style changes.
    Cons:
    - To change the Headlight Bulb you have to remove the top clips & loosen the bottom screws.
    - To change the Parking Bulb a complete removal is necessary, when stock is just two screws. So two clips and two screws isn’t that bad, besides other one pieces units are like this as well.
    - NO quick beam alignment screws, you have to pull the upper clips and adjust the mounting Screw Nuts. A bit of a hassle but once done you don’t have to do it again.
    Conclusion: If you’re on a budget and don’t mind playing with the weird alignment, or having to remove the whole assembly to replace the bulbs, then these are your best option.

    Fabulous video, very thorough. Thanks for sharing. I have a 2003 F-250 diesel and just installed Sea-Light LEDs in the stock headlight housings, but someday I want to do what you did with new housings...

      Thanks bud. If I was going to do it again I think I would actually cut just a small portion so I could get the Headlight bulb in and out without having to remove the clips. Not that I change them a lot but just to make it easier. Thanks for watching and the taking the time to thank me, I appreciate it. Best Wishes & Blessings. Keith Noneya

      I love these so far. The only issues I had was the alignment of them. It was a lot harder to align than the standard headlight assemblies, but very doable.
      I'm making a video on how to upgrade these to LED's without modifying the Radiator Frame as well. I should have that video up next week so stay tuned. Thanks for watching. Best Wishes & Blessings. Keith Noneya

    Instead of taking all that stuff off to get to that back clip. Just use a 14mm 6 prog socket and reach in through the hole and press the socket on the clip and pull.. it works.

    If you can do this one handed I can with both hands..LOL Assume these fit 2000 F350 as well? My stock housings are so fogged over they hardly let any light out. I'll probably go with new bulbs given the pain to change going forward.
    Thanks

    • @keithnoneya
      @keithnoneya  2 месяца назад

      Yep they'll fit just fine. Change the bulb isn't to hard other than you have to pull the batteries. I went with the AUXITO LED's Here's a video on those in these Headlight assemblies; ruclips.net/video/svE8Be-Su58/видео.html The only two things I don't like about these headlight assemblies is after alignment there's a 1/8" gap between them and the fender and to get the best out of the High Beams you have to aim the low beams lower than I would like. However they are still WAY better than stock and Halogen Bulbs. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Best Wishes & Blessings. Keith Noneya

    ALL and i mean ALL of the cheap amazon or ebay aftermarkets are junk. Some are immediate junk but all will be regrettable within 2 years.
    Go with AlphaRex lights. Well worth the money (and the header panel mod if you have a pre-05).

      @@2alawabidingcitzen If you have one of those after market big round filters sometimes they're put in the tube, and sometimes people just let them hang loose in the engine bay. If it's hanging loose in the engine bay, that's not good. Then sensor it to take the intake temperature so the PCM knows how much fuel to inject and at what time based on temperature. So it should get inserted into a hole in the tube right after the filter going towards the engine. One of the problems is some people don't install a Cool Air Box and just use the HOT air in the engine bay, so that's one of the reasons some people just let it sit in the engine bay because they figure it won't make a difference in temperature. They are right it won't make a difference in temperature but it will in PCM Mixture over what the real outside the engine bay temperature is. When people do they they also loose HP, Torque and MPG. Hope that info helps you locate it. Best Wishes & Blessings. Keith Noneya

      Not at all, and they seem to be holding their clear as well. The only thing I found I didn't like about them was in order to align them I had to have a 1/4" gap on the outside near the fender. Other than that I love em. Best Wishes & Blessings. Keith Noneya

      @keithnoneya  Год назад +1

      @@josephoverstreet5584 HI Joseph it's been a year and they're still doing great no fogging at all. To get the best out of them make sure and align them after you install them. The only thing I didn't like about them is to change the Light bulb on these you have to pull the clips on top to access the bulb. But how often does someone change a bulb, almost never. The other option is to cut a hole right behind the ring for the bulb in the Radiator Support Frame, which I chose not to do. I did make a video on how to align them as well. The best advantage this light assembly has over the others is you don't have to cut up your truck to use them, it's a plug and play. I hope that answers your questions. Best Wishes & Blessings. • @keithnoneya

    • @keithnoneya
      @keithnoneya  Месяц назад

      Most likely a bad connector. Try slightly twisting the blade or bend them more outward that should solve this bad connection. The other problem could be a internally intermittent wire, if that's the case you'll need to replace the connector on the truck. Hope that helps get you back up and working good.
