I have many friends in the SDA church. Not a picture of health even though very few are overweight. I've seen several strokes, hip and knee replacements, poor dental health, etc. They think I'm the crazy one.
I was introduced to Belinda and her husband, Dr. Gary Fettke, almost 4 years ago. I was blown away. Here I was, even an Integrative Nutrition Coach, who grew up on a farm, and luckily always ate meat...but was eating more and more veggies. By the time I was 65, my body was saying NO more. Because I was also introduced to Sally Norton at the same time, my gosh, looking back, it's a wonder I didn't kill myself eating all those supposed "super foods" that were super high in oxalates. Luckily, because of Son#2, who we found to be Celiac, I've been gluten-free for 20yrs...or I might not have the health I have today at 68. Thank you SO much, Judy, for this interview. This has so much more information and research. I continue to be on my soapbox exposing the lies. Belinda needs a few body guards! I so admire her for exposing the truth. You don't play with a momma bear's husband!

I agree with your shortlist of cutting-edge carnivore females. I also rate Amber Hearn, Michelle Hurn and often Sally Norton (whom I used to dismiss as Crotch Pain Lady but now regret my meanness). I also rate Lierre Keith, author of ‘The Vegetarian Myth’. So, if we get bored one of these days, we can always check out one of these dynamo women...? 😊

I'm also glad that, at least someone from a Low Carb down under is on LinkedIn. It's such potential to spread the word over there. I'm on LI for a decade now. Thank you ladies💗💗
Loved the history lesson and explaining how we got where we are at. I have several friends who are from India, only eat vegetables and have diabetes. Apparently, it's a huge problem there. I'm very glad my religion doesn't control our diets or masterbation. So strange how people try to push their agendas on others.
This interview was so meaty (pun haha), I forced my husband to watch it while I listened to the entire 76 minutes for a second time. On my personal film reviewer’s scale, MIGHTY MEATS ( just like Rotten Tomatoes but entirely plant-free) you two get FIVE T-BONES!😂😘❣️ 🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩
Thanks so much for sharing this story of corporate, government and religious manipulation of the nutritional guidelines (enforced rules). The good people who have learned from Judy and many others about the proper human diet are grateful for this message. Animal sourced foods are required for all of humanity to thrive.
This discussion is very interesting I have read a few autobiography of a few of the subjects of this discussion and have been around a lot of religious people who want to save my soul it never needed savings grew up in a town northwest of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Ambridge there is a little known community called economy hance there names economites as they were known Thanx for your work and bringing all this to light!!!!! I walk my dog every morning and this morning walked passed a car with a bumper sticker on the back window that stated (all religions are cults) among other slogans!
got one of those living up the street who went (7th ) south America to whatever they do to try and take over the world, been watching and guess what, his mother lived to like 90, but needed twenty years of Alzheimer's care, the man also 90, but hasn't been able to move himself around without support from four wheels walker and requires assistance from a housekeeper and cook. The first time I met him he mentioned how long lived they were due to the garden of Eden diet but I've seen the results It takes him an hour to do a one k slow walk I do in easy ten minutes. His wife was around 70 she was always frail. I'm seventy, do a daily 40k bike ride after waking at 3am, can easily walk 20k tomorrow if I go hiking with my GF. I eat a heavy meat based diet and somehow not dead yet I can even deadlift my weight easy. I take no medicine and still wake with daily wood. I also weigh the same 68kg as high school. Like six kg overweight.
It's amazing how one small sect of Christianity can have so much influence over what we eat. I grew up in the church that the Seventh-Day Adventists split off from. People in my church used to sneer at SDAs. But one thing is for sure, they were NOT vegetarians. So my Advent Christian Church, which started around 1844, split off from the Baptists, and none of these churches advocated vegetarianism. It's good to consider the origins of these ideas, which apparently were first endorsed by Ellen White, and who was she? You have to wonder why anyone believes her over what's already in the Bible, but that wouldn't be the first time that happened. I quit the Advent Christian Church when I was 14 because what they taught became untenable to me. Too bad more people don't realize how much they're being manipulated against their own better interests. BTW, Adam and Eve got kicked out of the Garden of Eden for eating fruit. Amazing how no one pays much attention to the nutritional implications of _that_ situation. LOL
Thank you for another great interview, Judy, without “taking down” any influencer who also happens to be a human being and probably doesn’t need yet another sphincter being ripped into his or her backside. Belinda Fettke is the best. As a bonus gift to you both, here is my best attempt to translate “health disruptor” into French: PERTURBATRICE DE LA SANTÉ😂😂😂!
Did you know the tobacco industry now owns all the big food companies? And using the same research in chemical addiction they used to hook smokers to hook food consumers except NOW THEY ARE KILLING CHILDREN with no restrictions and making even more money. Monopoly anyone? Beef butter bacon and eggs
There's a movie about these weird fiber-pushing cults. It's called 'The Road to Wellville' (1994). It's got Anthony Hopkins playing Kellogg himself, prescribing enemas left, right, and center. Bridget Fonda and Matthew Broderick play a young couple who goes to one of these "health communes." John Cusack, Lara Flynn Boyle, and Chief O'Brien from Star Trek are all there. It's extremely ridiculous, but I think fairly accurate to what was actually going on at these places? Worth a watch if you want to laugh at the absurdity of all this.
It's not just cereal companies. This week Pepsi delivered FREE pallets of regular full of sugar Gatorade to a nursing home full of diabetic veterans....and the nursing staff just handed it out like it was water.
Great historical context. However, I am a healthy vegan that overcame diabetes & high blood pressure & feel great. I agree no sugar, processed oils, or fried foods.
Some people can thrive on a vegan diet especially one that isn't full of highly processed foods and if it works for you, that's great Peggy :-) Others can't. That's why there is no-one-size fits all. Its about health
If only all of us were on low carb/keto/carnivore diets. Big agriculture and big pharma would be in serious trouble. We all just need to keep calm and eat more beef, bacon, butter and eggs!
What is very troubling to me is 'Coca-Cola' may be influencer of dietary guidelines. How is this even possible? I will have a diet coke every now and then, because it is refreshing & I enjoy the taste, (yes, I know that diet coke is also terrible for you), but who in their right mind would take dietary & nutritional advice from a company that produces a product like coke? Why not just take advice from a distiller of vodka?
At least in Australia, the low fat message is losing its hold. Skim milk has far less shelf space compared to previously. Belly pork costs 3X the price of lean pork leg.
Just want to add that the issue in the Jewish faith that crisco solved wasn't the lard issue but more the meat and milk issue. You are not allowed to mix meat and milk therefore you couldn't bake anything meat with butter. Enter crisco: solved the problem!
Crisco "solved the problem" but created generations of increased diseases amongst Jews. The Israeli Paradox" of increased cancers despite a "healthier diet" is due to increased consumption of seed oils
@@michaelcohen2760 obviously it creates problems! My comment was very cynical. The seed oils and margarine are ubiquitous in Israel used absolutely everywhere. There is however a relatively high meat consumption which gives people interested the ability to use animal fats. Unfortunately awareness is dysmal.
Mixing meat with dairy is not prohibited in Old Testament at all , it was Jewish priests who made this low based on one biblical verse “ you will not boil baby goat in his mother Mather milk”
Yes that is the original verse. Jews observe the oral law. And there is a differentiation between what parts of those laws are oral laws and which are written laws. It doesnt change the fact that observant Jews don't mix meat and milk.
Now I realize these medical decisions about peoples health didn’t go dark during the COVID pandemic. I’m spreading the word even people think I’m a conspiracy theorist. I’ve been correct. Thank you for this information.
Belinda Fettke needs to write a book! What a fascinating and frustrating interview…the ancient Hebrews were nomadic shepherds, they lived on animal products, Judaism is centered around Passover where God commands them to roast a lamb and consume it ALL the night before He delivers them from Egypt. Jesus, Who is called The Lamb of God, set us free from ALL the old covenant. He IS the new covenant. He is our example. He ate a piece of meat, (fish), after His resurrection to prove He was “real” and alive to His followers. GOD told Peter in a vision in the book of Acts to “rise Peter, kill and eat” to show him salvation thru the Jewish Messiah Jesus is for all people, but also making making a point that ALL meat is now “clean”for the Jewish followers of Jesus. As a Jesus person, I disagree with religion of any persuasion becoming a platform to push personal beliefs and turning them into dogma. Religious Christians are the worst offenders. What a mess we’ve made!! Thank goodness for people like you ladies to join forces and push against the tide of societies wrong headed beliefs about REAL FOOD! 😄🙌💖

I have many friends in the SDA church. Not a picture of health even though very few are overweight. I've seen several strokes, hip and knee replacements, poor dental health, etc. They think I'm the crazy one.
The terrorists who attacked us on 9-11 all those years ago also believed that "God" was telling them what to do. Religion is ridiculous really.
You certainly don't want to stir up the momma bear Audrey!
I love Belinda Fettke, I just wish her knowledge was learnt by every woman on this planet. Think of the damage we are all eating.
Nina Teicholz, Dr Zoe Harcombe, Dr Georgia Ede also great to listen to.
Thank you Judy another great interview.
There's also Dr. Rachel Brown, a brilliant Psychiatrist, she's written a book called Metabolic Madness
Blows my mind that gender is brought into this. What the actual?
You have named me with three courageous and incredible women... I am honoured
She is a true Madame, an intelligent wise lady, a pleasure to listen to. Judy is a thought and inspirational leader of a healthy community. I'm also glad that, at least someone from a Low Carb down under is on LinkedIn. It's such potential to spread the word over there. I'm on LI for a decade now. Thank you ladies💗💗
Thank you Jana!! 🤗😘
Thanks Judy💜
Judy is so knowledgeable!!
Excellent interview, the Fettke's do a really great job of articulating their research. Thank you so much for taking the time to do this 👍
Awesome information. More people need to know this. Keep up the good fight ladies!!!!!
Thank you 🤗
Incredible knowledge & interview. Thank you ladies!
You are very welcome 🤗
Thanks for a great talk. It's so good knowing the inside story of our food education here in Australia. Thank you Ladies.
Loved the history lesson and explaining how we got where we are at. I have several friends who are from India, only eat vegetables and have diabetes. Apparently, it's a huge problem there.
I'm very glad my religion doesn't control our diets or masterbation. So strange how people try to push their agendas on others.
Especially when you have no idea it is religious ideology or vested interests shaping our plant-biased dietary and health guidelines
This interview was so meaty (pun haha), I forced my husband to watch it while I listened to the entire 76 minutes for a second time. On my personal film reviewer’s scale, MIGHTY MEATS ( just like Rotten Tomatoes but entirely plant-free) you two get FIVE T-BONES!😂😘❣️
🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩
Wonderful feedback thank you!! 5 T-Bones 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
Thank you so much for your research , so illuminating . You have put yourself out there for the benefit of all . X
I'm commenting before I watch. This is going to be a good one!
Hope you enjoyed it!!
Judy thus was mind blowing!!! Big thank you to you and Belinda! I'm going to be sharing this one around!!
Thank you Isabella. What an honour to chat with Judy so openly and have her support to share my research on her platform 🤗💖
There are med schools in the US teaching low carb. My son is at one of them.
Great to hear!
It’s heartbreaking to read the textbooks our kids are studying... especially when we are the ones paying exorbitant tuition fees!😢
Which one, please!
Fantastic news!!

Absolutely. It's my mantra. 🤗
This video is absolute Gold!🏆⭐️
🤗🤗🤗
I appreciate you Judy! I wish you good health.
God bless you both as you continue the fight for Truth!
🤗🤗
Thanks so much for sharing this story of corporate, government and religious manipulation of the nutritional guidelines (enforced rules). The good people who have learned from Judy and many others about the proper human diet are grateful for this message. Animal sourced foods are required for all of humanity to thrive.
🤗🤗
Thanks a lot for this video, the guest was so knowledgeable.
I have spent years researching the history of vegetarianism and the origins of our flawed dietary and health guidelines... It's fascinating
Hopefully more people will know this!
🤞🤞🤞
This was brilliant! Thank you Judy and Belinda. From a fellow Tasmanian
Thank you Mariette!! Another Tassie girl 🤗
This was SO fascinating, educational and eye opening!! Listening my 4th time! Thank you Judy Cho ❣️
You will be sick of my voice 😂 Thanks for listening 🤗🤗🤗
Belinda is amazing! Such an important message!
Thanks Marty x
One of the most informative, educational interviews I’ve ever watched - great job ladies and thank you both so very much. ❤
Thank you for the feedback :-)
This discussion is very interesting I have read a few autobiography of a few of the subjects of this discussion and have been around a lot of religious people who want to save my soul it never needed savings grew up in a town northwest of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Ambridge there is a little known community called economy hance there names economites as they were known Thanx for your work and bringing all this to light!!!!! I walk my dog every morning and this morning walked passed a car with a bumper sticker on the back window that stated (all religions are cults) among other slogans!
I am always learning... 🤗
I LOVE this woman!
Thank you so much
Please have Belinda on again! ☺️👌🏻
So excited for this one ❤️
Enjoy and never stop questioning the dietary 'rule-books'
Wow! Just wow. I knew some of this, but so much I didn’t know. Great stuff! Thanks
Thanks Sharon!
got one of those living up the street who went (7th ) south America to whatever they do to try and take over the world, been watching and guess what, his mother lived to like 90, but needed twenty years of Alzheimer's care, the man also 90, but hasn't been able to move himself around without support from four wheels walker and requires assistance from a housekeeper and cook.
The messaging is very confusing. Longevity doesn't always mean quality of life. Keep well Richard 🤗
Always fascinating. Thank you!
What a knowledge interview. Thank you so much !
You are very welcome x
LOL
Thank you Judy. This was AMAZING. Thank you.
Thank you 🤗
Excellent video. I really enjoyed it. Thank you
Such a terrific interview! Thank you so much for all this research and information.
Great history talk.
And so much more....
Glad you enjoyed it Jim!
What a wonderful message!! Merci beaucoup 🤗
Wow! Thank you Judy
Such an interesting conversation. Amazing.
Amazing, informative conversation. 🏴
Thank you!!
What’s the difference between the tobacco industry and the sugar industry? Nothing.
So informative, thank you!
😳😳😳
Great historical context. However, I am a healthy vegan that overcame diabetes & high blood pressure & feel great. I agree no sugar, processed oils, or fried foods.
Some people can thrive on a vegan diet especially one that isn't full of highly processed foods and if it works for you, that's great Peggy :-) Others can't. That's why there is no-one-size fits all. Its about health
What were you consuming before ..? What was you diet like ? And how long have you been doing this ? The damage occurs later
Thank You
Best. Interview. Yet.
🤗💖
Excellent video
Separation of church and food is as important as separation of church and state
Also state and food
Rather separation of religion and state ,....since so many are awake only a certain ilk is being persued and persecuted.
Yes... Let's take food 'off the table' 🤗
people who are sick and drugged up don't fight back, don't stand up for themselves or others, are easier to control.
Thanks Judy
Judy can you tell me how to find a local naturopath that I can trust? Thank you for what I have learned from you and all of your guests!
How do we fight the plant based nonsense or at least protect animal based nutrition?
Great interview!
If only all of us were on low carb/keto/carnivore diets. Big agriculture and big pharma would be in serious trouble. We all just need to keep calm and eat more beef, bacon, butter and eggs!
Great interview!!
Thank you!
These companies will never be rich enough.
There's a good RUclips vid about Harvey Wiley. When he retired he worked with Good HOUSEKEEPINGA magazine for many years
Absolutely amazing when you consider the crimes against humanity that have been committed by people pushing their religious beLIEfs!
I like the way she says sugar.
Because , they own the industry and have been buying out mom's and pops .
They own alot of water rights same with Neslies.
Refreshing ? 💩
At least in Australia, the low fat message is losing its hold. Skim milk has far less shelf space compared to previously. Belly pork costs 3X the price of lean pork leg.
Same in the US. I see more and more butter on the shelves ☺️
Results speak for themselves, and people have seen that low carb high fat diets work.
People vote with their dollars! We all need to buy more meat and feed it to all of our neighbors, friends, and family! BBQs every weekend!!🍖🍗🥩
So frustrating..we need to share share share..let's be proactive in the truth!!
Please share far and wide #benoisywithme 🤗
Mixing meat with dairy is not prohibited in Old Testament at all , it was Jewish priests who made this low based on one biblical verse
“ you will not boil baby goat in his mother Mather milk”
Yes that is the original verse. Jews observe the oral law. And there is a differentiation between what parts of those laws are oral laws and which are written laws. It doesnt change the fact that observant Jews don't mix meat and milk.
Thank you for clarifying this Michael 🤗
Yes, please Mrs Fettke, write that book!📚
Maybe one day, Kim
I think Ellen White’s messages that she said were “from above” were actually her own ideas she thought up and pushed them on everyone.
Outstanding interview packed with facts. I'm looking for Nina Tershal....? Any one know the proper spelling? I've listened to her before. Can't seem to locate her now.🧐🙄
Are you looking for Nina Teicholz?
Look for Big Fat Surprise she should pop up then.
@@BeauSmithFtl Yes, thank you - I found her.
Oh my god. Rotting flesh. I’m sitting here eating my steak and butter thanking God I’m doing everything I can to avoid having rotting flesh on my body. 😢
