Noni is horrible, but is supposebly good for you. I use to ferment the fruit and harvest the juice and mixed with molasses. I am not sure if it did anything miraculous for me, but it's worth a try.

You forgot the most valuable use of the "sweet cup"/came before the pineapple. You mentioned " improving cogn- itive function" only in pass- ing, but it heavier Dan dat. Definitively, it slows down and corrects Cognitive Dec- cline/a k a Altzheimer's Dis!! 👍🤗🌴
