In response to the first woman’s question, I also needed to get in touch with my own emotions. Making emotional mind maps can help. Search online for an emotion list. Start with 3 main emotions, write them down and circle them. Then add 3 more emotions from those initial 3, circle and draw a line to them. Sit with it (10 minutes or so) and give the practice your awareness and attention. That helped me to get in touch with my emotions, eventually learning discernment and developing trust. Thank you for your first answer Viivi! I felt like you were talking to me directly (and I wasn't even there.) I've struggled my whole life with intuition vs. "old patterns". They both feel like a deep pull, but I don't know which to trust. I rarely hear people talk about this, yet it's one of my biggest drivers/struggles. Thank you so much for mentioning it
The pull towards wanting validation through intellect is impressively strong. It’s kind of heartbreaking how much I try to rely on thoughts for happiness.
I love double barrel non duality, it's always an inquiry into my own experience brought forward by these beautiful questions and of course the nice bit of silence we had there aswell)
This one is so good because it is a question that I have been absolutely asking as well. Like I have a goal to make sure I stay healthy and work out to keep my bones and muscles healthy..will I have desire at all for the body and will I still love to express myself through clothing etc??
