Thank you for your service to our nation!!!!

Joann Schmeltzer Thank you for your service!
Thank you for your service sir !
Thanks for the great videos and info JD! I just found a 2017, never used, Seismic 4113. When I saw the toy haulers with the side deck, I fell in love with that configuration. I was originally looking for a Keystone Raptor, but several of those got bought out from under me before I could get out to (one on the way to) look at them! I love the elevated kitchen and the extra storage space the Seismic's have and the space it gives you underneath. I never associated Jayco with higher end units like this. I always thought of my first pop-up camper when I heard Jayco. The quality and features on this thing are amazing! Every option, including disc brakes and in-command system, plastic still on everything, for less than half the price it sold for new!
Finally! A toy hauler that makes me think twice about a midbunk! Love the shower. More 5ers should offer that. Wish you could have shown a bit more on the wardrobe. If they design a double telescoping bed slide and offer a warmer toned color scheme then they would probably have the most desired toy hauler floorplan.
HOLY CRAP - ITS A MONSTER- great review - and nice to see a dealer that displays real pricing
Wow, Yes it is *BIG & MASSIVE* I love the step up kitchen with the large living room. I like alot about this rv, I like the toy hauler/garage/bunkhouse/laundry room/ everything room with the porch. Very nice, thanks for sharing 👫🚙🌷🌳💗
Your videos are informative, interesting and really helps us to get to know the different types of RV's out there without a sales person's pressure. Please keep them coming!!!!!!
I love the layout in this. The extra storage under the raised kitchen is a genius move. A lot of toy haulers have ridiculously little storage in the front area. I also love the side patio area and the extra 1/2 bath. There were only two things I saw that I didn’t like. I hate the fold down cover on the outside tv. If you are sitting down it looks like it’s gonna block the tv and limit your viewing area. I’d think a fold up cover would be better. And I don’t like how close you are sitting to the living room tv on the couch. I know it’s because of the 1/2 bath but it’s so close for such a large tv. Those are pretty minor nitpicks so overall this is an awesome RV.
We saw this rig at an RV Show in Round Rock in the Fall of this year and it was amazing. It's the RV we have decided to purchase when we do. I am 6' tall and that shower is very spacious. I'd prefer the bed to be on the slide, and a dinette with two captain chairs rather than the long couch. But other than that, it's perfect for our wants and needs.
Yes thank you so much for doing a review on a toyhauler
That 5th wheeler Lux is totally awesome. This Jayco is pretty cool to.
Beautiful huge fifth wheel with a lot going on, big responsibility right there.
Beautiful, perfect for my fur babies that I have rescued. the back or garage is perfect for the kennels... The bed, I would prefer a full size instead. That's just my preference.... Love this.
Great video, that trailer would look great behind that F450. The size of it plus the 3 axles you would get a lot of people to look.
If the entertainment center was on a slide wall facing the couch and the side porch was right off the the side garage door that coach would be perfect. The kitchen placement is awesome!! Thanks for reviewing this one
I always enjoy your RV videos for the reason that it's not just a sales pitch. I do wish though you would include the lp, water and such capacities. I'm certainly not complaining but only hoping to add to what I think is a great channel.
It's too bad that they have such small garages. It seems like such a waste for such a big trailer. We had to search far and wide to find our trailer set up. It's a keystone Carbon 387 it's a 43' footer with a 17' garage. 4 queen beds in the back. Great for all the kids. But load up the Sandrail and I can only fit 1 atv or a bike. Still need more garage. But I do have to say I really like that extra storage under the kitchen area on the Jayco. Looks nice. Another great video. Thx again
That thing is huge! Great video as usual. Just wanted to thank you for a great year of videos. Looking forward to what is coming in 2019! Also, we wanted to wish you and your family a very merry Christmas!
Thanks again, for all you do.
Please do more of these BIG toy hauler vids! all luxurious ones and with 15-18' garages. 43-50 footers. once can only dream!
That’s the one I’ll be picking up when I get back home to Bama , after this outage season, unless I find one on the west coast with a better price ,. Great showmanship as all ways ,!
That sure puts my 2006 fleetwood mallard toyhauler to shame...lol. One day I’ll be able to upgrade to something like this! Thanks for the showcase!
I think you do a lot for the industrial. I like watching to learn more about these units. It like said before, you need to maintain any unit you buy.
My folks would love to retire in one of these as far as I know. If I ever won the lotto, they'd get it.
Yes yes yes. Thank you for the TOY HAULER, and that one is really nice,! Love the price also. I'll have to check more into this one. Thanks for the video. !
MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR. !
🎅🎄🎁🇺🇸
I think this rig could be half ton towable if you get heavy duty gaust bumper stops, use super premium fuel, change out all the lubricants for synthetic and remove all the interior seats but the drivers. LOL but seriously that's the nicest bathroom showers I think I've seen in an RV in this price range.
HERE IT IS! MOOOOAAAAAR VIDS!
Love your videos! So informative! Love this toy hauler too. Cant wait to get a 5th wheel one day. It will be and mid bunk or toy hauler.
1/2 ton towable if you ask some guys😂. Have a great Christmas and new year. Love the channel.
All day long!
Bet I can tow it with a
Honda civic at 50 mph :)
Yes it is! Not only can you tow it with a half ton but you can keep a spare half ton in the garage!
Merry Christmas to you and your family BTBRV!!
Thank you Merry Christmas to you too and happy new year
30% off of MSRP and can still make money selling RV's. That's good information.
I guess that means markup in the RV world is absolutely crazy . I'm curious to know what one of these toy haulers actually costs to build
That is fairly standard although towards the higher end. New rv msrp is kinda like the sticker price on a car. Nobody pays that except for a few exceptions.
Dude we make these things for 30k and that still might be to high of a guesstimate. Thats why we bring home $1500 a week with 180 people on the line.
@@MadDog1891 geez $1500 a week ! . For those wages RVs should be much better built and have much better quality control .
@@EverydayJ1786
Agree!
My dad deserves something like this.. after my parents divorce he lost everything. He lives in our old trailer now... this is an excellent unit.
the garage also looks big enough to fit a small car like a compact hatchback i.e fiat or or a comparable chevy ford or Toyota
I’ve always liked jayco products
That is a really nice toy hauler, love the side deck. Have a Merry Christmas
Deck the halls. Or haul the decks. Or something....
Man that is just beautiful.... great video keep it up
I will never buy a dark colored camper. It's like a solar oven in direct sunshine. My camper has a dark brown front cap. The heat that radiates into the bedroom is incredible. The ac units can't keep up on a day of temperatures of 90* or higher. I can't imagine what the all black campers are like.
Matthew Erwin
genius thanks for helping me :)
I always tell my wife ' when we buy we want to order and get an artic package' hot or cold it will help...
They have other videos showing how well they do in the heat because of insulation and so on
That's a biggun!!!!
Safe travels and good health
I use sawdust or sand in my storage compartment so it’s much easier to slide my storage totes in and out.
Had a 35ft Jayco in 1999. It was a fine 5th wheel
Awesome 👍
Surprised to see a northsouth bed in a rig that big. I would expect east West in a slide
BTBRV, you should edit your "dually" statement. Only a Ford or Ram would tow that rig.
At a measly 22,000lbs rated, the Chevy would break it's axle and transmission within a hundred yards.
What a nice layout.
I enjoy your video's. I have a Cyclone
4200 With the side deck. We love it.
Yes these big toyhuller are over the top.
You an your family have a Merry Christmas an a Happy New Year.
I've heard the Cyclones have poor insulation, especially in the garage. What has been _your_ experience?
Yes there is no insulation in the garage. We put a small electric heater in the winter.
@@michaelforget1823 : Thanks for your reply -- I guess I'll have to continue to stay away from Heartlands in general and Cyclones in particular.
@@Milesco the best way to check on the toyhuller is to look under back.ours has a lot of extra bracing an the rest of trailer is all covered. I have a
44ft. If I was to do it all over I would get a 40ft max.there are lot of campgrounds I can not get in with the 44ft.
@@Milesco I found out on a toyhuller with a garage they can not enclosed it do to the fact that is where
The gas tanks are.I hope this will help you out.
Don’t stay at Checkers in Welcome Minnesota, they don’t have lots big enough to allow you to put your slides out.
02:41 notice the black tubing or insulated wire bundle directly in contact with the rolled under panel. I have owned trailers from the low 20K up to 60K and quality is always the same: cheap material, corner cutting, and poor craftmanship. I wonder how many miles on the road until that panel cuts into the hose/wire?
I really wish they'd make toy haulers with more luxury 5th wheel layouts, smaller garages, and bunkhouses more common. You know how many dads would throw cash at an RV that lets them sleep their whole family and also be able to take their motorcycle on the road with them?
WOW! Love this layout. I would assume the 12'6" garage measurement was deep? Is it wide enough for side by sides? I'd assume it is?
Yeah it is
They nailed the living room issue. 98% of 5th wheel toy haulers want you to brake your neck to watch TV on rainy or cold days.
Yeah, I _hate_ that. That's a dealbreaker for me. And it's all too common. The manufacturers must be getting payoffs from the chiropractors' association.
@@Milesco If I didn't buy my Forest River double loft last year I'd of considered this one.
@@bladenrexroth2555 : What model did you get, and how do you like it?
Thanks for your video review, but what's best pickup truck to haul this around, or better to get tractor? And if tractor, what modification needed.
Buy a tractor
Yes big rig tractor is best to pull it. Even a dually is light for this monster
O man nice RV!!!! Have you heard of Luxe Fifth Wheels
? Would like to know your thoughts.
Is this towable with my chevy s10?
(It’s a joke)
I think an s10 is to much truck. Better go with a John Deere gator lol.
I was thinking about my focus I'll just put a hitch on the roof.
I just purchased a power wheels f150. Dealer said the electric motor gives me more torque for takeoff and that I still have plenty of headroom.
People should know that the mere mention of a chevy means it's a joke...
Bahama bahahaha CHEVY ........
Bought a Jayco Seismic 4212 in 2015, it is a POS! Cracked fiberglass at bedroom slide, broken spring hangers, main slide hasn't worked right in 4 years. Just had to come home from 3 month trip due to slide failure again. Lippert landing gear (leveling system) is pure junk, shears pins and won't level. Landing gear on ours has failed and been replaced 3 times. Patios side and rear absorb water like crazy and railing system is junk. If you don't use it as a toy hauler and just weekend and vacation you might have a chance. However long term retirement unit with a toy and lots of travel buyer be ware...……...
You must be Loboclone...lol.
TheTomahawkTech Who?
If you dont tow that with a dually your on crack lol.
A tent won’t fit in the picture either if you are close enough
Can u haul that with a dually gmc 3500
Is these towable with a
Honda ridgeline ??
(I'm joking of course )
Yes, a Toyota ridgeline can be hauled in this lol.
@@dedalliance1
no no I want to use a Honda ridgeline to haul these toyhualer :)
yes .... but your gonna need a f450 duelly pulling that Honda....it might affect your length restrictions though ... check yer state regs.... maybe a Freightliner tractor would work better.... an obvious viral hit on RUclips
Yes this can fit a ridgline inside of itnfor you to tow with a real truck.
As long as you don't want to stop once you get going!!! 😉
we have this rig had a lot of issues now we want to go smaller
Great review. I don't need a toy hauler, but this one is nice. What a monster to tow. Merry Christmas to you and yours.
Also, if these are 10PLY tires, that is what standard Fiberglass Travel Trailers come with... Montana Fifth Wheels, Keystone Raptor Toy haulers, all come with G Range 14 Ply tires. They are the real deal. The Jayco is not a bad product but it is just not built to par of a Raptor or even Heartland Cyclone.
I would definitely swap those tires out with 14 ply trailer tires, 10 plys are garbage from the factory let alone not enough to hold a full load
Geez that shower is amazing.
Never understood why all these RVs insist on putting king size beds in such a small space. A full size mattress is all you need.
They put bigger beds in for big & tall people. My hubby is 6'6 and cant sleep in smaller beds especially if we want to sleep together. Haha same with bigger showers. We are fine with chairs or smaller sofas.
That thing is massive!
Does the 4125 seismic’s garage have enough room to fit a utv with the length of 12 ft 9 inches and a width of 64 inches??
it's quite an achievement when Rv Manufacturers manage to design the biggest fifth wheels in a way that they are useless when the slide outs are shut! and then they all have perfectly placed kitchen islands to make them feel cramped even though they are 40 plus feet long
Well, I don't think you can blame the manufacturers for _that._ The purpose of slideouts is to increase the limited interior space that RVs have. With that in mind, and the fact that you want them to be worth the cost of designing and building and installing them, you want them to be as large as possible. But of course the fundamental nature of slideouts is that the bigger you make them, the more space they take up when they're in. If they made them smaller to accommodate the small percentage of the time that RVs are used with the slides in, they would be less effective for the much larger percentage of the time that the RV is used with the slides out.
As for kitchen islands, some are better than others, but they're not all bad or poorly placed. (Some are, of course). And you need them for the counter and drawer and sink space they provide.
Ok I'm new to all this and am very intrigued but I have a question at what weight/length would you recommend getting a dually tow something like this? Im currently looking at buying a 3500 non dually but am interested in purchasing something like this to haul around my mini truck.
The slope in the back is for clearance. Tall UTV's can't fit through the door.
I sure hope Jayco does better from 2017, my t30f was put together like garbage, wiring rubbed through the frame, brakes not hooked up on one wheel, exposed wood to rot. Notified Jayco and got basically an I dont care note back. Grand Design is the way to go, better built and customer service that is outstanding.
You said the garage is about 12' long but I didn't hear you say how tall it is. This is a super nice unit to bad it has carpeting in living room and a light color at that. But height plays a big part to some people like myself, especially when my SXS is close to 7' tall and 11'4" long, my Rhino is 11' long and 7'2" tall. Again awesome looking unit
SXS is 7ft tall?? My Rzr xp is 73 inches tall...
Lot of storage underneath yards yada yada inside the RV video starts at 3:20
Should measure the garage. The length is not always as advertised. I had one they said was 12’ and it was only 11’6”.
That rig is a thing of beauty. The bathroom reminds me of a class a rig. Would you put the upgrades that you did to your fifth wheel on this toy hauler? Like the goose-neck, shocks, and etc? Or is this rig just to big? This is one of the rigs I'm looking at to purchase, the other is Forest River, Vengeance, 40DD12. Thank you for all of your great videos. Wishing you and your family a "Very Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year".
I would upgrade to the SRE4000 suspension as well as the goosebox. This would max out the goosebox though.
Could a Dodge Ram 3500 single axel pull this?
Do you know our have you come across the Raptor toy hauler? I fell in love with it, but since I know little about the important details, I would love to get your opinion. Great work btw
This seems like it would be a good full timer for living .
Incredible
I went to google and searched RVstation- they seem to have several locations around Texas, and nothing but retail pricing on web.
Check out the Donna Location
-@@BTBRVReviews Will do- thanks for the vid, always enjoy them!
The only thing I don't like is the placement of that bedroom tv. It's supposed to be on the wall in front of you. Not on the side.
Totally agree. I don't know why they didn't just place the bed in an east-west orientation. Problem solved -- and the bedroom would be roomier, too.
Merry Christmas to you and your family from Ford truck club Facebook
not sure you do this on all your current videos, but I’m looking at getting this 2020 seismic. However nowhere in the description or the video do you say what year this is. You gotta do us a solid and state the year somewhere.
Would you be able to do a walk around on a Jayco 375bhfs or 379dbfs?
Great video!!
Can you put a reese goosebox hitch on here?
Sweet... Ha, as long as I'm not setting up. Love those outside storage doors. Is it normal to pay a fee to the dealer for the inspection? Is that a scam?
BTW, thanks for all of ur great vids. Have a Blessed 2019.
Yes, it's a scam. Don't fall for it.
4 televisions in that unit!
My next home.
He doesn’t show the beds in the toy end or the propane bottles and what size they are.
Look at the Grand design momentum 397
Grand design momentum are better built imo and nicer designs inside and out. That brown wood paneling in that garage is hideous.
If you had the V40 you could go wide angle.😁 Hope all's well with you...
does the side patio/deck have power lift or is it manual
Manual but with spring assist
@@BTBRVReviews would it be something that an office person could lift thank you so much
I am thinking a Ram 5500, at least.
I was told there is an air ride 5th wheel hitch, can you do a review on that.
I have a 2000 ford f350 dually with the 7.3L and the GCWR is not enough to pull this unit. My question is what will be the best truck for a unit this size. I like the dodge ram 5500
Any Diesel duallys built in the last 8 years should be fine.
The nearly 20 year old 7.3 is not going to cut it. Not by a long shot.
Farm edition; white cabinets
Great rig, but my wife and I have been looking for a review on a redwood 390/3901wb that’s not from a dealership person. We’ll be full timing out of this style of rig any help would be greatly appreciate
Look at that gas line rubbing on that sharp sheet metal, very poor. Wow I am not surprised.
I wouldn't have a problem Towing it with my 2011 F350 SRW.
Might have a problem stopping it though or dealing with it during heavy winds
What would you tow that with
I hope to be ready to purchase within the next couple weeks; could do a deposit. I'm selling land in Mississippi.
Only one question.
Can you access the fridge, bathroom, and sleeping area With the Slides Closed. !????
usaf vet yeah it should
