Awesome Toy Hauler!! Jayco has really stepped their game up. I can see myself making a purchase for this style unit. I would like to know the asking price.
The TV on the patio should be on a flexible mount, so you could move the TV higher over the "bar", and give it a slight angle down. Trying to sit down to watch that TV will be impossible with that bar there. (I don't really like the bar area in general, as it takes up patio space. Make it flip up, so it can shade the TV from glare.)

If I prefer wine rack are spice rack I don't drink wine so I probably use as a spice rack or just have it is extra storage space
You should do a mix for spice rack and wine. 2-3 bottles of wine in the centre and spices for both the outer sides. A small bungee cord that goes over the neck of the bottle for extra secureness.
Save your money. Your gonna need it.

Spice rack over wine. Some wine can be stored in the refrigerator and spices last longer than wine
Definitely wine rack im too damn short for spices that high and I spend a lot of time in the kitchen. But i love that stove!!
One of my favourites so far. The only thing I don't like is the traditional kitchen tiles that are awkward to clean using a toothbrush. A flat surface backsplash could be wiped clean within a couple of minutes. I love everything else though, especially the location of the washer/dryer fittings.
We have a 2019 4212. It’s a couple feet longer and has 2 full baths. The only drawback is the kitchen, it's not as user friendly, but still pretty good. I wish Jayco didn’t discontinue the 4212, I think it's better than the 4113 in a lot of ways.
Looking in the background, the other campers, it becomes quite clear, Jayco got a great deal on white, grey and black paint.
You can have any color you want...as long as it is white/grey/black, sounds like Henry Ford when he made his first cars

This is one I will buy when we go full time RV living but there is one draw back for us. The King size is too big, can a queen size be installed instead?

Awesome! Saw one of these recently at a campground. It must have been the 2022 version. I've watched several other videos to see what the toy room looked like with both beds down, but couldn't find any. Was curious of the spacing. Thanks for making the video.

You said the generator was propane fed, but it should be gasoline fed. If it was propane fed, the bottles would be bigger. Also, there are two fuel caps, one should be for gas into the tank that feeds the generator.

Make the garage smaller, the living room bigger, and you've got a winner. I don't need space back there for much more than some bikes and other small outdoor gear.

Also, definitely a 3600 W full sine wave inverter ignorant 40 V to 2412 V inverter down to lithium ion battery is like battle born so you can have a dual redundancy for power with more solar panels on the deck of the big roof will make a big difference I think

I'd rather have the spice rack but I am short (5'0) so I would like to have a pull out spice cabinet. Up top there, just storage for a cookbook or 2. Very impressive toy hauler! I would want a queen bed, we spent A LOT of money on our queen bed for our house so its coming in the RV with us. He has a CPAP and I have my lotions and alarm clock that go on my side of the bed so a side table on both sides is a MUST. LOVE the kitty hidy hole in the master, right above our heads where our little furry is most safe and comfortable. Love this camper for sure, cant wait to see it in real life!

Definitely a spice rack asinine to put wine up-and-over as that's where the heat goes you want your wine chilled not hot where else are you going to put your spices. And instead of the vanity in the bedroom with the window it should be all drawers Love the solar not a fan of a propane generator when you're already calling gasoline cause you could use gas that you already have in the generator instead of wasting your propain period from pain bottles are a nightmare to get I am a full time RV.
I was looking at toy hollows simply for the front porch and because I do hurt and I can make the toy hall area living room have a spot for my bird and company if they come and then have a clean area love the kitchen and those but would want a dishwasher. I have a beautiful Montana mountaineer edition which so far has been able to handle 20 below here in North Idaho you're round I live in it in North Idaho.
2 days ago it was 20 below and my Montana mountaineer is amazing however you're propane like I said unless you can get a very large one and have someone delivered you would need extra bottles and they're impossible to get up here you can't even get 1 delivered so that and rent it I was gonna pay a $1000 for a big 1 and have them bring it down once a month You can't even get those and the golf cart I purchased was the only one they even received lobster brand new gas 2 days ago it was 20 below and my Montana mountaineer is amazing however you're propane like I said unless you can get a very large one and have someone delivered you would need extra bottles and they're impossible to get up here you can't even get 1 delivered so that and rent it I was gonna pay a $1000 for a big 1 and have them bring it down once a month You can't even get those and the golf cart I purchased was the only one they even received lobster brand new gas.

Great toy hauler. Thanks for the tour. I’ve been wondering what was new from our 2021 Seismic 4125. Jay voice, revised jack controller & towel bars seem to be the biggest changes.
How do you find RV spots for this thing I have a hard time wa Oregon Idaho and California for my 26 foot to back in. I never see these big ones hardly

Thank you! Love this and all the storage. I believe that storage should be above any place that it will go. If it was me buying it, I would not care for the larger sink in the bathroom but would want more countertop space. Why would anyone want a sink that big. What do they think we do with the bathroom sink. I mean, wash our faces, brush our teeth, etc.

WOW i have never seen a better one.. IMAGINE if the kitchen positioned on the opposite side. It could be next to the couch which could have an L couch on a slide out and the fridge would be where the kitchen is. It would be amazing. ITs the only thing I would change.

I'm no expert at camping there's so much work to be coordinated to the amenities and options side of camping I loved taking my trailer apart That is rude removing the master bedroom bed and making it into a media room. If you ever need help designing travel trailers my mind is yours I love the ocean I love to fish I love camping😅

Hey Mike is it 2 thirty gallon gas tanks or 2 15 gallon gas tanks on this toy hauler? Because most of your toy haulers that have 2 gas tanks one of the gas tanks is for the generator. I was just wondering. Your fan Leonard from NC

Remove toilet in garage and put washer dryer in there. Add one more piece of wood to shower seat for us big guys.

Mike really like the video you did for this trailer lots of good stuff, vary good presentation good job, if you could next time show the sticker on the trailer weight and carrying capacity would be appreciated, for the spice rack it’s different they usually put it on the bottom next to the stove but on top is different something new like it

This is the RV I had picked out. I really like a toy hauler with a side patio. But, I'm waiting for a few more changes. Otherwise, I'm giving up and going with a different brand. What's with the incomplete backsplash in the bathroom? That little section there just makes it look like someone forgot to finish it. And, I think it's time to retire the glass tinted cabinet doors, it looks dated. I'd also like to see lighter cabinets in the rest of the RV too. It would make the living room and bedroom look bigger and less like a cave. I like the idea of the spice rack, but honestly I can see it being pulled down and bottles of spices dropping all over the floor. I get you're trying to make better use of the space, but a spice rack that pulls straight out and more at eye level would be more practical.
I was just on the Joyco site and they have two choices of wood, and one couldn't get any lighter. It's the "Modern Farmhouse" interior collection.

The back patio doors dont appear to open wide enough to get toys into the garage. It is very nice.
