Thank you! I made this today but instead of tomatoes added "better than beef" boullion and Worcestershire sauce (2lb), instant pot for 72 minutes for 3.8 lbs of beef and it is fall-apart amazing!
@@robertsavage6489 a sample refers to a wine that has not been bottled yet and is still been aged in barrels. In this case, is our 2017 Carnal composed of 40% Syrah, 30% Mourvedre, and 30% Tannat.
It doesn't mean you have to start with a piece of frozen meat to make this recipe work, he was just saying the meat I'm using today just came out of my freezer, allowing his viewers to be aware he's working with frozen meat today. I mean, thats fair, isn't it?
