In this video, I unlocked the "worst" achievement in Wolfenstein so you don't have to. This is the 'Uber Hero' achievement. It's hard, so if you're struggling to get it then this video is for you!

Did you know to get the uber achievement you just have to beat the last boss on uber but not the rest of the game
I challenge you to play "return to castle wolfenstein" on the hardest difficulty
It should mean overhero so yeah in German this means Überheld
You can get this achievement using 999 mode.

I saved Wyatt the first playthrough as well. My reasons were exactly the reasons that fergus gave me in the next playthrough as to why I should’ve saved Wyatt.
This game did a great job of making it clear that there was no right choice, that you were wrong no matter what because this was just an exercise in sadism on deaths head’s part, and that both would be critical to the resistance for different reasons.
As someone who speedruns Uber Glitchless% I know the pain on certain levels. There are a few game mechanics that makes speedrunning it both easier/more cancerous, for example there are certain sections where if you run to the next room without killing everyone less enemies will spawn, BUT if you die you have to fight like double the enemies basically killing your run.
It's no joke giving up on a custody fight. Honestly it's probably the hardest thing you could ever do. I've been fighting for custody since 2017

If you collect the enigma codes and get the unlimited ammo cheat code and play threw über you still get the achievement for beating the game that’s how I did it years back great game.
I just recently revisited the wolfenstein games and absolutely loved them. Found myself getting lost in the arcade version of the classic wolfenstein game for hours on end and I loved it. I also attempted them on UBER difficulty and by the end I wasn't afraid of commitment anymore just not the type my 5 girlfriends want. Im just joking, Im clearly a virgin. Also I felt your pain at 16:10 got stuck there for quite some time myself. Love the videos!
They were all great except the one with his daughters it was the biggest waste of storyline since Batgirl! We could have had the storyline were BJ turned into doomguy!!!! 😢😢😢😢

I love that Wolf3d Reskin arcade cabinet in the Cantina of Eva's Hammer. Such a nice touch and the nostalgia was a great cascade of happy chemicals.
I remember playing through most of the Wolfenstein games and I played like on an easy difficulty, every single game was pretty easy and then the final boss felt abnormally hard compared to the rest of the game

tbh this was not that bad, try doing new colossus on hardest.... then you will learn what is pain 😅 new colossus on "normal" difficulty was harder than new order on Uber, now imagine playing it on hardest difficulty where you dont have autosaves and when you die you start game from the very beginning

I liked the video, and would love to see you go through the highest non-permadeath difficulty in the other Wolfenstein games. The permadeath one in TOB might not be the worst since TOB isn't super hard, but TNC makes the previous games look easy, and is far, FAR harder.
I will take on TNC permadeath if this video does well :)
@@Voiy Good fuckin' luck my dude. My only suggestion is to at least do TOB first, since it came out first and is about the same difficulty as TNO, while also having a perma-death difficulty.

Just platinumed the game and I can say that in order to get through the campaign on Uber you should definitely choose the Fergus Timeline cause you’ll have 200 health by the time you reach Return To Deathshead’s Compound
Uber trophy in Wolfenstein New Order is very hard and I commend you for it. However, if you wanna feel real pain and a possible good video idea, try Mein Leben difficulty on Wolfenstein 2. You’ll see why.
I have this achievement. It is the hardest shit I have ever done in my life. Hours upon hours of gameplay to finally get it. That achievement is my pride and joy.
I genuinely loved every second of Uber difficulty. The absolute Sh!t show of repeating the same section countless times. Unlike CODs version of "Realism/Veteran", Wolfenstein gives you so many opportunities to use different weapons or hidden lanes throughout each mission. Even after falling victim to the same Heavy Robot/ far off- distant Drohnen, I didn't feel like I was failing due to the enemies being incredibly accurate. Uber forces you to take your time but make calculated sprints throughout each firefight. I realized pretty quickly I had to abuse the leaning mechanic. Deathshead second phase felt amazing after completion, and I had no clue the armory was underneath! I'm glad you were able to finish it.

honestly playing through this in "hard" was hard enough at 30 fps. i tried uncapping the fps and found out the hard way that just like many other old games, a lot of the physics and enemies in the game are tied directly to framerate, so anything above 30 and you'll be running through literal walls of bullets
I did this myself because it was the only achievement I had left
London Nautica, The boat, ESPECIALLY the bridge, and the final level killed me more times than I could count
And yeah that part at 16:10 was painful too, since when I respawned at that part, it removed an item that would've given me more ammo
You can do it via 999 mode, or just doing the last mission on Uber.

Man that bridge mission still haunts me to this day, it was bad, i had to lower the difficulty just to get through it😢
For that collapsed bridge fight you can just hang back by the charger and spam lkw charge shots (assuming you have that upgrade). It all but trivializes that part. I hardly used the lkw during my first Uber playthrough because the default fire mode kinda sucks but a fully charged shot can one shot just about anything including those super soldiers.
Wolfenstien is so unique and such an amazing game and I won’t forget the day my dad got me in the game in 2015

I’ve done this achievement and I mean it was difficult to an extent and I died many times but it honestly wasn’t that bad I managed to complete it in a single weekend and had fun while doing it. I plan on doing the whole of new colossus soon only doing the first few missions and it’s definitely a bit harder and after I’ve done that I’ll finish the rest of the series.
I think it’s more fun playing on the hardest mode. Your one man against an entire army, It’s not meant to be easy. The game lasted longer for me and I was glad I didn’t blaze through it on easy or something. The completion really felt earned.
It went exactly as I imagined. Huge respect to you for suffering through it from start to end... speaking of which;
For those struggling too much on this difficulty or just don't like suffering, there's a "trick" that make it piss easy. Basically, you don't really *need* to play every mission on Über, only the very last mission. Finishing it grants the achievement and it works on every platform version of the game. It helped me platinum the game on PS4 and Xbox because I suck playing on controller (I did the whole thing on PC tho'). Honestly, Über ain't THAT hard but gets furiating at certain moments due to how buggy the game is. Still, one of my favorite FPSs.

Why does nearly every Deathscreen has to do something with steel. We Germans have one of the largest ammount of words. LOL
Although some parts are just straight up rng, it’s for the most not too impossible if you know the missions and especially secrets additionally you can invest some time into farming the characterupgrades. Getting the LKW upgrades for instance is essential as it can deal immense damage

I got this achievement and I was like “hell yeah, time to go beat wolfenstein 2 on the non permadeath difficulty”
Yeah no, I gave up once I got to the second to last mission.
I've replayed the whole game on Über, then played the final chapter two more times (which supposedly is actually the only requirement to get the achievement) and nothing.
Didn't even get the Super Hero achievement, which was very frustating.

I personally think that the hardest part in Wolfi new order is getting the perk where you have to kill 10 na*is in 5 Seconds with a detached mg it litteraly took me 3 or 4 years to finally achive it
You know there are health upgrades in the game that increase your max HP by 10 for every one you get right? you can get three just by sleeping in the safe house when you're there between missions and there are a few others in missions, if you get them all you're max HP goes to like 200
I have obtained the trophy for beating Wolfenstien 2 and all i can tell you is ...
The i am death incarnate difficulty of Wolfenstien 2 is much harder than uber difficulty in wolfenstien the new order so imagine trying to beat the entirety of the new order in one attempt without dying but you take even more damage than you would in uber difficulty and there are more enemies and the campaign is even longer, it is far closer to realism difficulty in a call of duty game except you dont regenerate health like you do in COD.
Wolfenstien 2 on mein lieben is by far the hardest achievement ive ever done and ever will do so to anyone who loves a good challenge i would definitely recommend it. It would definitely be entertaining watching you attempt this beast of an achievement. I would be happy to provide any help because i sure needed it.

Having beat COD4 on veteran, I didn’t find Über that difficult. The entirety of Mile High Club was more painful than any level in Wolfenstein.
How to get a "No death run" on Über Difficulty:
*Crop out each time you died.*
I have the Wolfenstein platinum.
I tried this one, I was swiftly killed in my wheelchair, after a long opening.
I didn't try very hard, I quickly realised it needed more commitment than I had on me.
I actually played this whole game on the hardest mode as well, wasn't actually that bad. It wasn't until a month later that I found out you could just replay the last mission on the hardest mode to get the achievement, but I moved on
There is a super cheap way to cheese this achievement. Basically once you finish the game you can unlock the Enigma Codes or whatever they are called that allow you to play the Game in special modes - one of which consists in playing at Uber difficulty but with Super maxed stats, like 999 health, 999 armor, infinite ammo, and whatnot. that's how I got the Platinum ehehe
I have found ways of making my über run more easy and pretty fun when i done it, for example I've found out you can select the first chapter in the chapters option to start the über run which doesn't reset your health, armour and laserkraftwerk upgrades and you keep all your perks unlike the new game option which means you can collect these on an easier difficulty and then play on über with all the upgrades already received.
BTW do try playing the new colossus which is true über suffering, the stealth in that is way more difficult personally and playing passively does not work so well.
While entering with the bomb in the first chapter, instead of bowing the door, blow the ammo. You will highly benefit from this as you will get a silencer for you pistol.

I always stunned the robots with a grenade, ran to their back and unloaded into them with a shotgun on their power supply.
Uber is my go to difficulty when I play this game. Its like playing the doom games on nightmare to me. I haven't really had a problem with this games difficulty except for the bit at 16:10 but other than that this is a great way to beat the game
When you were 20hp stuck in a corner, there was an 80hp pickup on the guy you killed.

Man I just completed this game some 10 days ago after dropping it for years. Pretty good game. The difficulty however...I wish it had been higher. Yeah some areas are pretty tough. And the shrapnel guys are horrible, but you can deal with them simply by saving your bigboy weapons for them. Grenades, the electric riffle, rockets. That kinda thing.
Also for the final boss you can either time him, or shoot the crap out of him before you run to the zeppelin, he takes a few moments to...something? I guess calm down? Recharge his shield? Point is, if you hammer him some he gets staggered for a bit.
The bridge part where you got stuck...why didnt you kill everyone from the hellicopter using the turret? X)

This achievement is a nightmare to obtain but the amount of headshot practice that you get makes it perfect as a preparation if you want to play Resident Evil on the hardest difficulty.
Fun fact in min. 16 there is life hell right next to you on the lebt side 😅
This game wouldn't be so hard if BJ didn't keep leaving behind his silenced pistol after every level transition! The silenced pistol makes stealth practical in this FPS game which has no darkness nor camouflage mechanics as you just have to be able to see their head and ^plink^ headshot, most of the level can have large sections of it completed with stealth.
i played through the whole game on uber and i can confirm that it sucks, although i still had fun with it.
Great video, and for those guys with deflective bullet, as far as I remember, you can use the Grenades or AR Rockets to take out their back part and us shotguns to deal the most damage to them. Grenades are really useful for mechs and other armored enemies.
I just found your channel this is great and all the jokes regarding the story and what’s going on makes it very entertaining.
This checkpoints remind me of my first stalker playthrough. I never saved the game and then on the way to Pripyat i was heavily injured, crossed a autosave point and wasnt able to complete the game, because Strelok was bleeding out and I had no bandages or medkits left.
I platinumed this on PS4 years ago and this absolutely was the biggest pain apart from all the collectibles
Play the game one time over. Spend time collecting health upgrades and work on those perk upgrades, makes über way easier and you feel more over powering. Also the perk that makes grenades explode on contact is a godsent

I'd join people with feeling the pain of this difficulty but for whatever reason, i didn't struggle with it. It was actually pretty easy with most perks unlocked, health and weapon upgrades. Then again, i didn't experience it fresh so who knows.

After beating doom eternal and all it’s dlcs plus horde mode all on nightmare difficulty, beating this on Uber and old blood was a nice break.
"My guy has created robot dogs, 10ft tall mechs, but still can't come up with a solution for hair regrowth" To be fair, irl the Nazi's sucked with genetic experiments and tended to kill more than create or perfect.

If you upgrade your health on first playthrough, Uber will be the breeze on second. This game has surprisingly fair hardest difficulty, I expected hell and high water in the vein of Call of Duty Veteran
If everyone on the ledge you had to jump to (thus you falling into the compound lab) had moved just a bit, Deathshead would be dead, and Allied victory could become once again an option, rather than inevitable failure.

I suck at videogames and some parts were frustrating but honestly doing this wasn't extremely difficult, just a bit annoying sometimes until I found out how to take advantage of the mediocre AI.
Having beaten all of the mainline reboot games on Ubër or IADI on Wolf 2, I'd argue the New Order and Old Blood weren't overly difficult.
New Colossus however, was way worse given BJ was about as strong as a schoolboy's iPhone 4 and the enemies absolutely blitzed anything that moved. The Panzerhund sections were horrible given that all damage was hitscan.

Theres like 3 encounters with respawning enemies and enemy accuracy drops significantly when you lean out of cover. Uber on New Order isnt that bad.
