Manufacturing and Installing hydraulic hoses on an injection moulding machine

Join us again for another episode in our mobile service truck. This week we follow our experienced hydraulic technician while he makes up 8 hydraulic hoses. Kevin goes through the process with some explanation of why and how he is going to work through the challenges that pop up.
Input - First 3 hoses are made with a 90° fitting for the water hoses
Output - Second 3 hoses are made with a straight fitting
Hose used - T28D, 1/2 inch 2 wire hose, 5100 PSI SAE100R2
