Hi Adam, You are doing a great job I must say Adam I can watch you all day you make it very interesting and very good viewing I look forward to all your videos well done mate. You take care of yourself and stay safe.❤
Great video, looking forward to the next episode. Has the sprocket on the crank got timing marks just curious as I've never seen one of those taking to bits before .
Comeing a long great but iam not sure about the way u installed the crankshaft I noticed u put the timeing mark together and then dropped the crank in are your 2 timming marks TDC if so notice you crank is at BTC is there marks to line the crank to match you TDC MARKS on is it 180 degs out?
When you lined up the centre punch timing marks it looked like the two threaded holes in the bigger sprocket lined up with holes in the body like some kind of timing lock?!?
Another good video

I'm scratching my head as to how you can get the timing half a tooth out! 😂
That is a lovely little motor, looking forward to hearing it ticking over.
A trick is to use a jubilee clip as a ring compressor. cable tie may suffice. Jim in NZ.
This tuned into a complete overhaul. Nice work. Cheers Bob
Coming along nicely 👍 can't wait to hear it

As always an excellent job. Have you introduced Stuart turner to Stuart sandhurst? Looking forward to next video of Stuart running,😀
great little engine
The large rod end is bigger than the bore? Heck of a thing to have to fight - compressing rings with your fingers.

Cracking job .
Why couldn't the Piston be installed from the cylinder head end then a ring compressor could be used?
Mick
Thank you for your really helpful comment, I will have a look
