I’m just getting back into editing. I was quite good at it 10+ years ago but I haven’t done it since. It’s helpful to watch other people do it for refreshers and new tools. Thanks for the tutorial it came out beautifully
great edit! I love seeing everyones unique methods of getting places in photoshop. There are so many different ways to do the same thing. The result here is incredible
Wow! Magical. I’m totally captivated at this transformation! Such a precious vintage storybook look. Thank you so much for sharing your technique. Blessings!
THANK YOU so much for sharing this! How are you painting the background without covering it completely? Do you have a specific brush? I tried with my softest brush but it covers the photo with the color. Thanks
Can you tell me which color wheel extension you use? I’ve been researching the best one but haven’t committed yet. Whatever you’re using seems to do great. Beautiful edit by the way
Which set of actions from your shop are you using here? I really like the tones and I don't have any actions that create similar tones with reds quite that fast.
@@NikkiPhotoArt wow so many to sift through 😆 I'm shooting with the a7iii right now and want to upgrade my camera. Which sony body do you use, and if multiple which do you love most 🥰
@@NikkiPhotoArt Oh... I forgot to ask also another thing... before purchase actions , where can I find some free actions to try if I will be able to understand how to use it? In the past I remember I ve tried downloaded free actions but I was not able to use them and it always ended that I never used because I could not understand them... I always obtain monstrous effects when I tried actions ... So, there's a way I can learn before considering to purchase actions ? Thank you again for the help ~

Thank you so mutch!

beautiful tutorial but what if I can't see what exactly you are pressing, I can't see the cursor or the arrow :(
Beautiful and amazing tutorial. I have 1 question, what brush and settings you used @7:50 when painting over image?
GREAT VIDEO
Glad you enjoyed it
Nikki which packs of tools do I need to do the edit in this video?
Can u give us this photo for exercise? Thank u so much ☺️
No sorry, I can't give away images of people without permission. It's not a stock image unfortunately.
Wait… the 85mm 1.2 is not a good lens?
It's fabulous on the new mirrorless, but on DSLR's its soft, very soft.
Hi Nikki, can you direct me to the instructions re: FS and the mixer brush...I want to learn that technique. thank you!
yes its the video linked at the end of this video Heather.
@@NikkiPhotoArt oops, never watched that far...I got too excited (-:
Just a thought - when you painted the mask the first time, could you have saved it for use in the actions?
You could yep!
@@NikkiPhotoArt Great! Probably more useful in those intricate masks. Thanks.
Hi! Loving this so far. What lens do you use with your sony camera?
I use many, Zeiss 50mm, 135 by Sigma, 105 Sigma, 85mm by Sony, 14-24 by Sigma...

What lens did you use to be able to get the background blurry like that but the foreground soft?
Hmmm the video shows how I make the image softer. This was shot with a 135mm at 1.4 though.
May i have the actions pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee..... i want them
Yes they are all for sale here: www.nikkiart.ca
