The use of multiple Gaussian blur is genius.
You literally just taught me what i've been searching months for.
The blend-if curves.
I am beside myself right now because I've been SEARCHING the internet and ASKING people how to achieve that d/b effect for ages, and in all sorts of different ways.. and no one has answered me other than "d/b..micro d/b" but THIS! This right here, good grief.. thank you. you just changed my whole game. you're a saint, an angel!
That’s so awesome!! Welcome to my world!
I love this channel so much. I'm a 3d portrait artist and I have gained a ton of amazing, lighting and retouching techniques from you. I also LOVE your voice! Sometimes it's almost too relaxing and I doze off and have to go back and re-watch parts of the video! LOL
Hahaha that’s so funny! I’m starting a story channel so you might like it when I’m ready to share, but you might fall asleep! Lol

Great video. You have an amazingly beautiful voice
Thank you so much!
Hey Nikki! Your work is SENSATIONAL ! Do you have a bundle containing all your photoshop actions we can buy in one purchase? Thanks!!
Sorry, no
Hi Nikki, great tutorial, quick question at the end you reduced the background layer but with a stamp visible layer still on the top - I didn't know that was possible -is there something you have to do to make that work?
I have been following your videos for a while and they are amazing! Love your editing style.
Would you mind if I asked what your business model is like? Do you offer these exquisite art portraits as digitals to your clients? Or do you print them? Curious to know :)
I'm a print only photographer, way too much work goes into these to put a price on limitless printing.
@@NikkiPhotoArt You should definitely put together a course on how to become a high end photographer like you and how to find the right clientele for such art portraits :) would be a very sought after course I believe.
Great video thank you so much for sharing, it is so helpful. If you do not have topaz or any other 3rd party software. Can you still achieve the same effect?
Possibly, this is just my workflow 💁🏼♀️
I would love to buy 2 background packs, but I'm not sure what is the resolution (or dimensions) in pixel. I do not own any upscaling software so if they are low res I won't be able to use them. Are they already upscaled?
Yes they are. 6600x9900 @300DPI :D. I risked it, and now I have to learn this technique :D. Cheers
Hi Nikki where is the follow up of this tutorial, thank you
Hi! The video never worked out so I was unable to post it. However, you can view this video and it shows how to get it in camera: ruclips.net/video/HxVlIE2dBZE/видео.htmlsi=b5B0La6GOcz_7LvR
This is pretty but I got lost around 5:30 when she says option key click mask.....? Can someone explain what she did?
Alt or option click mask to invert it
I wonder if you can do this on the phone too? So I can learn there my laptop is not supporting Lightroom it's too old
Sadly, no.
Hi Nikki. Studio 2 is actually unavailable, the link doesn't work. Any alternatives?
I'm sorry I know of none :(
naaaaa... your original photo already looks like painting and edited... this is fooling your viewers
Everyone has what they like or don't like, this is why art is subjective!
