I'm sure he is, no one goes to that much trouble and pain for just a friend's daughter. He undoubtedly had an affair with her married mother and dad (whom she may have shot but didn't kill) isn't aware. Just experience of strategic movie moves.
a affair? dude.. that is way too easy, you gotta remember they do not follow the normal rules of a show they are way better in everything, plot, twist, turn you know that something can't be treu but still they made me beliefe. i think he is her father but no affair or something it is gotta be the biggest thing in whole show when the truth comes out.

no I dnt believe he is cuz why kidnapped her n the baby jus to say I'm ur father. they did it to easy. I believe red is her dad but this guy kno she dnt kno. red her dad. he protects her to much n was so broken up when she died. and he also kno to many detail from her childhood that would be impossible for him to kno. even if u go back to when he tells Tom not to marry her again. Tom says what I ddnt asks dad's permission. to many clues point to it. this jus another road block. why save her from him if it's her dad.

There are a lot of theories about what Elizabeth is to Red. And there's a DEFINITE Father/Daughter thing but there's also a hint of something else. She could still call him "Daddy" in that scenario but in a very different context. It's disturbing that I now associate James Spader with that word (and in that way). Lol.

Beside almost any character that have a story like Tom(Killing innocent and almost anyone for the girl you love) usually never get a happy ending Q.Q. Red is different as he usually just kill bad guys for liz.

The flashback bits and her face seemed like she was regressing to the night of the fire. With the parallels between what was happening at that moment (someone telling her to stop) and the stress of what was happening to her (and possibly what has been leading up with her memories being brought to the surface), her instinct was to pull the trigger. Sorry, I hope that wasn't too thick. :P

The writers have royally fucked up by killing off my favourite character, for reasons Red would never have done so in the earlier series.
It was never an act of betrayal, to choose to help fake Lizy's death. What would have happened if she didn't help, and Liz was killed, AND then when Red finds out, is he going to shoot her for NOT helping Liz fake her death?
So - its damned if you do and damned if you don't - this show is NOT the Blacklist anymore...
I'm starting to see this TV show and I'm just finishing the season 4, and for what I see, Agent Keen will always be in danger with or without Red in her life. She was having the Fulcrum inside her rabbit doll since she was 4 years old, so soon or later the Cabal would have been chasing her and that would have brought her past to light. I think Mr. Kaplan did wrong organizing herself the Agent Keen's death, she should have done it with Red together! And also she should have organized it after knowing who was trying to kidnap her, then after that Tom could have been joining with Lizzy. Mr. Kaplan was overreacting to this situation and I understand Red to shoot her, the idea was to protect Agent Keen and her daughter at all cost, faking her dead was putting in pain to her beloveds plus putting her in a silver plate to Red's enemies because in the moment that Red knows that Agent Keen is dead there is nothing to protect. Mr. Kaplan knew Red and learnt a lot from him but she could not know how to build an empire like Red has been doing for over 30 years. Mr. Kaplan was getting crazy after Red shoot her, even she was about to put in jail all the people of the FBI working in that special task force, including Agent Keen, so I didn't really understand how this could help or protect Agent Keen, I know she wanted to destroy Red, but there would have been collateral damage and I think Agent Keen would have been also in problems and leaving a baby without a mother. So in few words Mr. Kaplan got nuts and it was needed to stop her at all cost.
