This video is a detailed description of Jean May Sasanqua Camellia. Jean May is a fall blooming Camellia with coral pink flowers. It is an evergreen shrub that can get very large. Jean May is probably best used as a screening plant or on the corner of a foundation. Jean May blooms in the fall and winter.

great videos, decided to plant some sasanqua this year after some hesitation. I think these are the only long format informative videos about sasanqua on youtube
AHHHH man. Well, me and Bambi just gonna have to have some words bought my flowers. This is too good of a screen to pass up.
I just got one! I appreciate your info!
Excellent post!
Thank you Jim, as always i appreciate your videos.
Tera Exafusion thank you for watching
Would it grow well against a west facing wall in zone 7? Thank you!
Beautiful plant, but i live in zone 6b is that to cold of climate? Also Jim, just a suggestion i would get a table to set my plants on while doing my video. Love your video's very informative thanks.
Disappointing they don't work as screening plants in zone 7. I'd love to see these as a hedge
Are there any camellias suitable as a screening plant in zone 7b?
Is there a Camellia that would make a good screen in zone 7?
