I never got the allure of the Birkin. Probably because it doesn't have a shoulder strap. My holy grail Hermes is the Lindy. It's very cool.
I like the rope detail on The Stowe bag. Gives it a little edge.

How refreshing regarding the need to own more than one Hèrmes bag👌🏻. I loved the Boy since it was launched, but it is overly hyped and "everyone" have it, so I get your thought process to sell. But, I remember how happy you were when you bought it, and it was a perfect combo of color, leather and size. All my Chanel bags are lambskin, and they hold up much better than people think. And I use my bags. Hope you will manage to aquire it for your collection again🍀.

Wow!, love that cute bucket bag so much! I have the same jumbo flap and I absolutely love and adore it and would buy it again! Now, I love this played up Gucci bag, but since I don't love Gucci that much, I may stick to getting the wallet on chain Dionysus 😀

Hi Mel, I do not own any Chanel bags (I wish) but I have researched them a lot and the Lambskin seems to be a bit of nightmare to care after. Maybe waiting for the caviar skin would be better considering how much you miss your old one. xx

Hi Mel, I bought this bag the same day your first reveal of this bag was posted on RUclips. I was like you - I HAD to have it. With regards to the chain twisting, I've just had to get used to the fact that it twists and it's just a case of being delicate with it and just releasing it by pulling the chain gently through the metal loops until it frees.
I am 5ft 1, so I make the chain shorter by actually looping the one chain through the other - this makes it shorter and also adds an even edgier look to the bag - but you may not like this...? Have a play and see if you like it. Maybe even loop a Hermes Twilly around the looped section that is now draped between the chains and hangs onto the canvas.

About the price of a Birkin and a Chanel Jumbo, ...the pricepoint is not that far away from eachother.....The New Chanel Chevron jumbo so black cost about $5900 and a Hermes Kelly is about $6200. I think you need a Kelly, Melissa lol xo xo

Wow, your right, there has been a huge price increase since I bought my Birkin 35 in Paris (in 2013 it was 6400 Euros) But still the Birkin 35 is at 7400 Euros in Europe ( about $8300?..) ...Ahh, you need to win the Lottery Melissa, you do need that Kelly LOL xo
