How in shape? Not at all. We see people of all shapes and sizes complete all sorts of obstacle course races. To perform well is a different story. But find a goal that fits you first. See if you can stretch a little to achieve it. Hit that goal then set the bar higher for the next one. Or don't hit it, and train harder for next time.
