I had the 800 Suzuki Pro Cross sleds and that platform was great handling and a good ride. I snow checked the new Polaris Indy VR1 650 and am amazed how well this engine performs let alone it's got the same pull my 800's had in the low to midrange where I prefer the power band. Forgot how much fun the 600 class sleds are!
I'm way too old school yet to get a rider forward sled. Still rocking a 2000 zr 600 and an 02 zr 500. My back is telling me that within the next few years newer will be the way to go 😅😂🤣
You might get a lot of miles of it yet, hard to say. But I'd see if they can do a compression test for you and look up what it should be new. Seems like most two stroke sleds don't make it much past 5 or 6 thousand before they need a rebuild.
@@SwankyCatProductions my hands go numb with skinny bars. Not so much my left, more my throttle hand. Always forget about it till someone mentions skinny bars. That’ll be something for me to be thinking about when I get my crf!!! Haha
Owned a 2015 zr6000 el Tigre from new. Great machine, very durable, and has seen 7,000 trouble free miles and still runs like new.
Good info thanks man!

Wow really? That would be awesome! I'll have to look into those.
@@SwankyCatProductions I think all brands are good sleds but extremely happy and how well this machine works!
Coming from a cat tech you do not have to clean the power valves every year just use the correct oil

Not in the market to buy, yet I would highly consider if I was! Like new! 👌🏼
If I wouldn't have already made so many videos with it I think I'd definitely have bought it!
@@SwankyCatProductions Yeah it’s def really nice… Are you thinking of replacing or adding a new sled to the collection?
That’s funny. Forgot about those bars. You’re not wrong. Be a cheap upgrade for someone!!
I think my dragon bars were like that too. Not sure why the F1100s are so think but they are nice.

At 12k, he wont have to worry about making the trip
What is the owner of that 600 sled going to buy next?
Nothing for a while, he works a lot in the winter and doesn't have time to ride.
Is this a 6000r or just a 6000?
6000
