- After Vice President Kamala Harris met with three final contenders for her running mate Sunday, an announcement about her choice is expected soon. Harris and her running mate, likely Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz or Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly, will appear together at a campaign rally in Philadelphia Tuesday.
