The engine, transmission, braking, suspension, and aero will all have more effect on track times and drivability than chrome.

I would absolutely love it if Andreas Preuninger has just been outdone to build a track focussed road car by Darkside using a diesel mini as a donor. 🤣

Unrelated to this video, but would love to hear your opinion on the relatively new pop and bang maps being provided on diesel engines. Mostly PD's, would love to see if you did some testing or just an opinion on longevity.

@@DarksideDevelopments theyre dying in finland at least, people dont buy new diesels. we pay 600 every year to "compensate" for the cheap diesel. The fun fact is that the diesel is now more expensive than gasoline, and we still pay that compensation tax. theres just no justification in owning a diesel anymore.

How did you spoof the car to not have warning messages up with the aftermarket seats? I've got a Momo in mine and have tried to code out the errors with no luck 😢
