Glad you're feeling better. There's two Springs in your clutch they're usually too hard and won't let the clutch engage at low RPMs. Stretching those two Springs helps.👍👍
yeah I'm thinking those chain-drive transmissions have issues, I have two of these 49cc 4-strokes with the belt-drive transmissions, I'm 6'2" 240bs+ and that's about how fast mine will go also, maybe a bit faster, lol
I've accidentally left my petcock open with no problem. If I had to guess I would think that you just have some condensation built up in your gas tank because it's vented. After it's been sitting for awhile, I put an ounce or two of Heat water remover in my tank and let it sit for about 20 minutes, starts right up after that.
Hello mr josh, glad you recovered your health & fmly, we want to see your videos complete, of the 4 stroke & the solution of the cranks, in a reliable & confortable position to ride the bike, thanks, joe & bros.
Id say get a carb adapter and switch out to a nt carb and velocity stack, or that upgraded carb you had in a previous 2 stroke video, also 7g belt drive nice upgrade for the gearbox. Also get a high quality chain, im running a #41 precision roller chain. The 415 from china cheap and stretched
On the four stroke kits they use a centrifugal clutch, what that means is the springs in the clutch hold the pads together and at a high enough rpm they open up to catch the clutch bell and then the motor powers the bike. Now depending on the strenght of the springs it could require a higher rpm in order to power the bike.
All you have to do to get the excess gas out of the engine is crank the engine, with the spark plug removed. The excess fuel will spray out of the spark plug hole.
I prefer the 2 stroke kits because it's more cheaper than the 4 stroke kits, more lighter and have more power in my opinion, and it's more beautiful hehe.
The clutches on these are not as robust as motorcycles. You have to baby these clutch. If you simply get the bike going by light pedaling, the clutch will catch and will last a long time. Cheers.
Since you asked for advice... Larger rear sprocket will give you better Torque for hills too. I'm a heavy guy too. It helps alot. Try a 60+ sprocket on the wheel.
I could help you out man if you have any questions. My 4-stroke runs perfectly now, but it was about a year of trial and error. 4 wide cranksets, 4 Transmissions, 3 different bottom brackets, 2 different mounting plates. I'm almost an expert now LOL.
I'm ready to do my first four stroke 49cc build waiting for my bottom bracket kit I have a belt drive on it I think it's like 7g I hope it turns out to be all right though, I hope you haven't lost faith in your four stroke peace ☮️.
Im having problems with my 2 stroke engine motor kit for my mountain bike. It wont turn on and I just got the kit and installed it three days ago. I gave up trying to turn it on after I snapped the clutch cable. Order new cable and top cover high performance.
Congrats! I had it & it felt like i was hanging on meat hooks on rear spine for 4 days till pass then i was ok except for constant burnt smell due to covid, but other than that i like the build im thinking of getting a 4 stroke but afraid cops might steal it i have 2 ebikes a mid drive & direct drive..
Bro I love that jacket, I need to know where you got it asappp ahaha I’m a big fan of Nissan and I’ve never seen anything like that one before. Like a varsity jacket with the old Datsun logos is sick as heck
Man you really gotta stop messing with those coaster brakes they are dangerous (ask me how I know) o well glad your felling better hope the family feels better too
Hey man I really like your videos I'm thinking about putting a motor on a bike also any tips for how or anything I should look out for also you should check out my uncle's Channel he has a dirt bike with a 50cc that we're building and a mini Grave Digger with a motor his channel is called ld moto performance 3
I'm doing this exact build myself.... and I can't figure out the direction of the mounting plate. Is the longer side of the bolt cutouts towards the carburetor or the exhaust?
I am happy to hear you are all ok and yes coiid suck I had it two times the first time I had it for a month and my sister she thought I was going to die I was not eating at all I was to sick to eat and my wife gave it two me two times tell I told her you give it to me any more I going to be mad and I do not get angry at all so she started wearing a mask to church and that stopped it.
1:15😂😂😂 dude you're awesome 👍

I've got a 49cc 4 stroke bike. Mine has the belt drive transmission on the engine and chain drive to the wheel. She'll rip up to 32 mph pretty quick.

A video on RUclips of how to adjust the springs inside clutch to engage at lower rpm will help

Glad y'all are feeling better! Thanks for the stickers too!
4:27 Cool jacket, I'm still looking for a 1986 Nissan 720 king cab.
Glad you’re feeling better. I’ve had it 3 times….it sucks, but it’s not as bad as everybody in the government thinks it is.

I bought one of these engine kits, I recommend checking the clutch springs, grease it good and check the torque converter, the chain can rub inside

Good video. Must be having clutch problems my 4 stroke will go 30mph. Thanks for the sticker very cool. I like the new music..

60 tooth? What's your top speed ?
@@christopherjacquez8605 ... On my Coleman CT200U ... My top speed is 25mph. Has a lot of torque. Going up steed hills my bike doesn't slow down.
Happy to see you back
Sounds like the centrifugal clutch is slipping. Might need taken apart and cleaned with brake parts cleaner 👍

I love your channel!
Happy to see you back. It looks to me like you have a bum centrifugal clutch. It's new so it shouldn't need cleaning yet.
I'm ready to do my first four stroke 49cc build waiting for my bottom bracket kit I have a belt drive on it I think it's like 7g I hope it turns out to be all right though, I hope you haven't lost faith in your four stroke peace ☮️.
And i enjoy your videos
4 stroke pull slower sounds good but love two stroke power band

Have you ever changed to a small sprocket?
Congrats! I have a request actually, I saw another YTer build a dual-motor 2 stroke using a jackshaft. Could you do something like that?
Love the music. Is that you playin?

Also I'm really glad your feeling better but where on the mounting hardware did you set the bolts left, right or center

Rad
so its better that 2 stroke ?
So far no. I’m waiting on a new clutch. After that I might have a better idea
I'm burnt out on these China doll kits. Time to move up to real dirt bikes. Still China product. Much better quality control for the $$$
