I absolutely cannot believe I’ve never thought of this before! Thank you for this, I’m totally going to rewind this from the beginning and imagine it like this now.
The piano by itself adds more emotion to it. You can really feel all the sadness and heartbreak Christine is feeling.

glad to finally find a cover with good tempo, flow, & emotion. You express the emotion without coming across as showy or flash.
I love this tune, I feel complete sadness in the song, but weirdly it makes me feel alive. When this song plays all my problems seem to go away and it's just a wonderful feeling. Until it ends.

I always cry 😢 while listening because I too think of my parents. They both past away and it is very difficult not to hear their voices again or hug them ever. Only in a dream

Tysm I'm used to my vocal coach (and piano teacher) playing this on piano ONLY, and I would sing to it I mean I still do lol but all the other things had all the instruments

You did a beautiful job! With this song, I think it's hard to play on an instrument instead of singing because different articulations and it sounds slurred when sung. This is the best version by far!

I heard ALW (Composer) playing Wishing You were Somehow Here Again on piano; it wasn’t so somber maybe he was playing in a different key.
This man has such a touch for piano that he adds such emotion to every press of the key. That is probably why it sounds different.
