I disagree with you on the blood dripping from yujis arm cut, i think it looked great and fluid, it looked like a stylistic choice to me, for example the yutapon or yutapon style shot in bakugou vs Deku from mha season 3. Bakugou was assessing the wound on his arm, and bakugou was breathing heavily so his whole body was moving, and the wound moved with it but it looked like the wound was disproportionatley shifting to different parts of his arm.

Everyone involved in the making has been literally giving their 200%, like despite no movement every character looked better in this episode than they've ever had.

Most of viewers when watching JJK S2 Shibuya Arc
    EP 6-8-10-12-14 : 😐
    EP 7-9-11-13 : 😮
Anyway, I really like EP13, yep it reminds me to Kizumonogatari CG Background work and Cyberpunk Compositing + rim light at the same time. The CG Background really blend well, the composition looks great, and the compositing works are really great.

    • @KNM_Piash

@@KNM_Piash Yep, especially the composition and compositing. it's lot better than JJK S1 for me.
A lot of shot composition feels cinematic, especially at eps 1 and eps 5, don't forget how they implement fish-eye shots correctly.
And yeah, The character acting on S2 really improved here. I agree if the action sequence is less consistent and less impactful than the first season, especially at hand-to-hand combat, but they improve on every aspect except that in season 2.
The main issue's just the schedule, just imagine if they have full potential with a healthy schedule.

Yeah I definitely disagree. There were time-cutting closeups, yes, but many of the closeups this episode were due to the cramped nature of the environment, which was Gege's intent with the fight. There was real force behind the blows this time and the background art and CGI just flowed so much better than whatever the fuck season 1 had.
