I’ve been using Bio progesterone for 10 years even though I had a hysterectomy 15 years ago. Before using progesterone, my blood pressure was far too high. Since using it, perfect 120 over 80 every six months when my thyroid levels are tested. I also use a bio estradiol/estriol. I’m 63 and feel and even look better than when I was a lot younger. It can be a job finding the right doctor to sort you out as most don’t know the first thing about bio hormone replacement. It’s worth the effort though!
I have listened to dozens of podcasts on HRT, and nobody seems to know whether or not topical estradiol or estriol or progesterone down, regulate your body’s natural production.

I use creams so that the dosages can be controlled and it doesn’t go through the liver.
I am 60 can I start HRT now or is it to risky.
