Can black ginger be used in combination with a supplement based on sodium nitrite?
He is spot on
Lifestyle important. That is contrary to the dietery advice given here, so many people have changed to a high fat red meat carnivour diet and fixed their heart disease.
Do you know anyone in their 90s who changed to Carnivore Diet exclusively and didn't eat carbs for 40 years?
Is contagious
Horrible virus pain in the stomach dehydration I left everything shot down 😢😢😢
Lady get it together
amazing information well done, is the high salt effect related to NaCl salt mainly and the full spectrum sea salt or just the Sodium Chloride type table salt that lacks all the other 80 or so minerals if both have similar effect what is the mechanism in that case?
And.,.umm....well.. So much for the PHD
Ask me (typo)....
Dr Wilson is a top wanker if you adk me. Look at this character pushing the vax.
I used the Mediterranean diet and a 9 hr eating window and my labs changed for the positive. Lots of water and green tea.
Nitous oxide is NOT the same as Nitric oxide
I’ve wondered whether being on antidepressant for 30+ could have had an impact on my husband. He also went through a drinking phase and smoked for 17 years. He watched his diet all through his life. He was absolutely bowled over when it was discovered in the Cath lab that he had a nearly complete LAD blockage.
Most likely it's genetics for your husband and smoking didn't help with drinking. But antidepressants for 30 years, you should take him off by getting to exercise for 1-2 hours daily in the gym or garden and ideally also playing games like basketball or tennis or something else where he can socialize without antidepressants and urge to do drinking. Also, if they are not looking for these tests, most people they don't pay attention to sometimes just getting weaker and less energetic with gradual blocked arteries, until one day they ended up in CathLAB and with Angioplasty (that's a blessing, as some don't make it to the Cardiologist and ignore aches here and there in chest or something like nausea and some people don't have classic tv like symptoms of "crushing chest pain", many have very minor weakness and pain and then one day it just lucky if you have a major heart attack and end up on Cardiologist Table.
He got off the anti-depressants about 6 years before his near complete blockage, and had not had anything to drink for years, and was 8 years post- smoking cessation. It was likely a combination of genetics ( though no other relatives have heart disease) and life choices. I am seriously curious about whether any studies have been down on anti-depressants. I’ve never heard of any. He is now on statins and aspirin for the rest of his life. He had another blockage that was not severe enough to stent. It was very near the near complete one. I will constantly worry about that. The medical system here is really not stellar. When he presented (during COVID) to the walk-in clinic and then with his physician, no one was in a hurry to do anything.

Can you explain in a way that a normal human can understand? Just a bunch of complex jargons
Thank you, that was most informational xx
I have it. It started with projectile vomitting, for a night, then stopped and I had a day where I felt a bit better. Then vomitted again, the third and four nights, now in fourth day and have diarrohoea. Not very easy to hydrate when your insides are free flowing. The incidence is up 25% in the UK this winter, 2024.
Can someone explain ina few simple sentences why we should believe that 120 systolic is the cut off for healthy and mild hypertension? The American Heart association now says 120/80 but can we trust an association which is supported and financed by pharmaceutical companies? The actuaries of a major health insurance company I know offers a 10% super health bonus for patentis who fulfil a number of criteria for "good health" in the opinion of the insurance company's actuaries. That iinsurance company sets the start of hypertension at average BP 140/80!! I tend to believe the insurance company actuaries. They are interested in accuracy and do not profit from getting people on drugs early. Doctors are interested in money. Until I hear otherwise I shall regard 140 stystolic not 120 as the cross over line for hypertension on the basis of the insurance company's threshhold.. What do other people think?
Insights: Insurance Companies want to pay less for less people so they designed 120/80 so they don't need to treat all people with higher than normal Blood Pressure of 110/60 (go to High School and college and find anyone looking slim and healthy with higher BP. Insurance companies actuaries are to profit insurance companies and their treatment thresholds are designed to make you bring deprived of good care unless you find good doctors and gym trainer and dietitian and cardiologist and endocrinologist and follow their advice to help you at much earlier markers. Insurance companies would be quiet happy to read the obituary after getting 12 months Premiums for you and others especially on Medicare Advantage Plans.
@@annamartino5681 That is the first time that Ihave ever heard anyone call over 110/60 "higher than normal" !! Insurance companies are businesses, so of course their optimal situation is premiums paid and little call on them. What do you expect? You are pointing out the bleeding obvious! You don't mention the fact that the American Heart Association has lowered the marker for definining hyper tension because their pharma friends have a financial interest in people thinking they have a higher than normal blood pressure. But what is "normal" anyway? Nobody denies that BP rises with age, yet these limits are not age linked, which makes them hopelessly inadequate and not very helpful. A 20 year old with 150/80 is suirely more serious and less normal than a 70 year old with the same median BP . More influential than insurance companies are the government health agencies and the medical associations and doctors who are the best friends of the pharmaceutical industry. The dominant interest of the pharmaceutical industry is to PROLONG life, not end it. Big pharma wants people to live as long as possible and as sick as possible. That is their business model. By the way, it is "fewer" people not "less people"-few fewer countable little less uncountable.
Possibly Cuban and JFK jr could work to improve Obama care under the Trump administration and if Obama was was willing he could sit in and see how there is benefit from others experience and expertise in finance, business and economics that his law degree may not have included.
Reading Hadley’s book made an incredible difference in helping me help my mom in her final days and helping me cope with losing her.❤️
Dr. Joy Kong , Cal. Stem cells , check her out. Don't die ❤❤❤❤Decentralize ❤
Textbook narsasist ❤, tell him to check his EGO at the door ❤😢. All due respect ❤.
If you waite for the silence ( YOU'LL BE DEAD ! ). 😢❤❤❤❤❤Decentralization ❤maybe our spices only hope ❤
I guess prevention does not make as much money as pushing drugs and procedures
This is bullshit
Sounds like health plans should cut out the PBM.
I'm my hubby's care giver. Thanks Hadley now I have clarity as to what most likely will happen when husband's gets close to dying and dies pass. THANK YOU You're an ANGEL❤
Fructose and Glucose are inter-convertible. Sucrose consists of glucose and fructose bound together. The vast majority of the sugar we consume is sucrose and so we get equal amounts from sucrose. The hydrolysis of starch produces glucose.
mthfr too!
29:00 -- not just smoking. Alcohol! GUT GUT GUT health
birth control, sedentary lifestyle from 'smart' tech, risk factor as long as spike - sickness & shot.
scary but good..."insulin is fat and plaque fertilizer"......whoa & wow. Feels like a death of a thousand cut sentence
15:00 - of course that's true! Cause - "low fat" = high seed oil! Correct -- normal weight, eat healthy, exercise. Way more to it.
good and educational - never learned this as a cardiac nurse, not as a patient either. So much lack of information, it's scary, frankly. Thank you!
allow me to add factors: mold, heavy metals, lyme, amalgam fillings, seed oils, EMFs, fear of healthcare system.....etc
good information
i think its bullshit. most people today are just physically addicted to caffine. and thats why fruits make them tired. because it heals the body, turning the parasympatetic system, getting them to rest and fix the damage they do by consuming real poison. not fruit.
Well I have a question to ask I have 69 to 70% blockage in my left carotid artery and my calcium score was 1000. I also did not do well on my stress test! there were irregular beats or extra beats! So my doctor wanted to put me on a statin and I said no because I have osteoarthritis sorry attic arthritis fibromyalgia and enough pain in my body from my head to my toes. I’m also pre-diabetic and I’m overweight by 50 or 60 pounds. I’m also over 60 years by quite a bit and I am female! I didn’t want to do the 81 mg aspirin because of my stomach so he’s gonna put me on Paxil or something that’s does the same thing and you still have it go through your stomach. I don’t know if it’s any better than an aspirin. So I’m going to see a vascular surgeon that was my idea not my doctors. Because I am concerned about the soft plaque. My cholesterol is a little high but I like it high my HDL‘s are high and my triglycerides are low. My LDL’s are high but I need to know which kind they are with their fluffy or their small bad guys. Also wanna know if I have the factory genetically that causes you to possibly have that in your blood and then end up having a stroke or a heart attack because my mom had a stroke and my grandfather had a heart attack that was my grandfather on my mother side, her father! Yes I’m also insulin resistant and have metabolic syndrome. However my blood sugar tends to be kind of low because I don’t eat very often. I was thinking the plaque is probably cause I eat cheese and dairy products and eggs and things with high saturated fat including coconut yogurt which is 18 g of fat in one little container. So what are your ideas about how I can stop having so much plaque in my carotid artery and that means it’s everywhere I also have sensor peripheral neuropathy cold feet cold hands and I have horrific pain in my hand sometimes in arrhythmic pain in my feet and legs. So I am hunting for a vascular surgeon who does carotid arteries and not sure if I should consider the TCAR or do the old-fashioned one where they just take the plaque out and don’t put a stent in. But that is a bigger incision more dangerous surgery because of the nerves like a Touchton the things in your throat and a longer recovery. I only mention that because I don’t wanna wait till I’m older to have carotid surgery because I’ll be in less good shape if I’m older. How can you think of some tests I could have my doctor do to find out whether my plaque is calcified or soft. He’ll does a test for it.
Why not do a PET SCAN for cancer detection on a yearly or 2 year basis to catch early? Even if cost may be more, if caught early, can save money in long run and most importantly can save lives?
The dietary recommendations he makes are not sound. He:is just parroting the same old bs.
Very reasonable, I just realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's crazy! Although what he previously talked about was pretty decent, it was difficult to follow, I just go'ogled the latest by Mario Volpstein, it's so much simpler and potent now!
thank you so much Dr. Sabine Hazan. I left traditional medicine during covid and went integrative functional. what a huge difference to look at root cause, where do we start first? the gut, the diet. treat that and see what shakes out, a lot of symptoms get better just by doing this and then we start working on root causes of other symptoms, fixing pathways with nutraceuticals, exercise, sweating, sleep etc. I love my job again! truly making people's lives better and not dependent on medications, but educated to healthy lifestyle and healthy whole foods diet.
Msc stem cell therapy and many other "cures" of disease will be suppressed in the U.S. until there is change , removing the pharmaceutical industry and it's conflict of interest in clinical trials and approval processes. As a stage D heart failure patient in the US, the prognosis was death. A clinic in Mexico offered Msc stem cells . After my treatment in Jan 2024,, my ejection fraction level increased from 15 to 40, and improving every day.
What clinic did you go to?
You can’t just blame it all on fructose. Most of these people with dementia would still have the disease if they never consumed one gram of glucose in their life.
Over consumption of fructose is a risk factor that increases your chances, just as smoking 🚬 cigarettes increases the chances of cancer ♋️. 😳
very informative. thank you
Awesome!!!
I am happy with Costplus. I take lamotrigine er 300 mg bid. The Medicare price (30 day) $250 Good RX (30 day) $166 Cost plus (30 day) $44 !!!!!! The diffence is that you contact the dr to have them send the prescription in rather than the pharmacy. Another issue like all mail order is that the post office delivery can be slow. I order a 90 day supply at a time.
When so many couples who live together for 50 years and eat pretty much the same, yet only one of them develops Alzheimers, how is that explained?
The same reason some can smoke 🚬 cigarettes their entire lives and not get cancer. Your risk of getting cancer ♋️ is high but does not guarantee you'll get cancer ♋️. 😳
Alzheimer's have many risk factors. One of them is: chronic gum disease. Visit your dentist, make your gum healthy. Pivotal.
Why is it then that primates that eat fruit have about 25% more brain tissue than leaf-eaters?
Fruits have fiber. That's the antidote of fructose. Tablesugar and high fructose corn syrup: consumeable poisons.
fake science for "carnivore" lunatics...
