- So I've come across a few things this week that had me shaking my head. Lessons I should have learned already. I guess it's good to keep learning as life goes on but hopefully these ones won't need to be repeated!

They taste so good! I wish I had a bigger space that I could grow more of them. 💜

Your poor plants don’t seem to get a break! But the raspberries look so delicious right off the plant.
We are also starting to get stink bugs here in B.C. each year and are asked to dispose of them. One was walking up my hallway! It must have come in from something we brought in from outside.

Yeah, it seems the pepper plant has now lost most of its leaves and the one part where it looked like it was going to flower. Oh well. I tried. And I've seen stink bugs before but not on my plants. Usually just on the outside walls. So far I don't see them in my vegetable garden. Interesting that you're asked to "dispose of them". I guess I did read that they came to the US via Asian countries so they're not native to here. I hope you are enjoying your weekend! 💜
Cardinals are so beautiful, I wish we had them here. I’m absolutely terrified of spiders and am the same way now that I’m older and more aware of their grass webs! Thanks for letting us spend some time with you 💕
Thanks! Yeah, I love the cardinals, too. We have about 3 or 4 pair that live in the neighborhood. One is around my place so I see them often. And I see the others when I take my walks. We only see Blue Jays once in a great while. They are such pretty birds. I hope you're having a great weekend! 💜

I enjoy feeding my birds, and giving them fresh water in my 2 birdbaths.

That is so sweet that you have feeders and bird baths! I used to have a bird bath that was heated for the winter. When we had to take down our privacy fence I got rid of it. 💜

Lovely garden and flowers. I might have to try raspberries next year, would love to go out and pick fresh ones for a snack! I feed the birds too, my girls got me a feeder with a camera so I can get up close and personal with them! We get quite a variety of birds . Have a great weekend!
That is awesome that you have the bird feeder with the camera!! I was going to get that for my daughter for Christmas but then didn't. I think I will have to do that for her. She lives on a wooded lot and has lots of wild animals visit her place. Have a wonderful weekend! 💜
We had a big downpour today. The heatwave was here, too. I was so glad for the rain. Now I don't need to water. You are looking marvelous 😊
