- It's been 6 months since I had surgery to remove the cancer. When I look back it's amazing to see how far I've come. And I know it will get even better in the next 6 months. Thank you for your support and continued prayers. I really appreciate it! It has helped get me to where I am today.

You’ve sure come a long ways in 6 months! Thank you for doing a summary of how it all began. When you hear it all in one post, it’s a lot!
I’ll sure continue to send you healing thoughts for continued good health. 💜💜
Aww, thank you so much! Yeah, when I think about what I all went through I realize it's a lot! I'm so grateful to be doing so well now. Thank you for the continued prayers! 💜
I've already made a comment, but I had to leave before the video was finished. I didn't get to tell you about my sister-in-law. She also had cancer of the rectum. We did not live at the same place, but I would go to her periodically and stay a week. I drove her to her appointments and went through the surgery for the colostomy bag. My brother was a big help also, but he was working. I remember one time she came out of her radiation in distress. She would only say that it was so humiliating. I wish she had you and your videos. You would have helped her so much. She died about a month after her surgery of pneumonia. I was with her. Her case was involved because she had CPOD. This was about 11 years ago, and I miss her still. I loved her. My brother died about a year and a half after her. It's hard to lose family. Thank you again for all your videos explaining what to expect in such a case. God has given you a vocation. You are in my prayers. My love
Oh my gosh, to have both of your siblings pass and so close together. I'm so sorry. It is so nice that you got to spend time with her and help her as much as you could. And as hard as it is it is wonderful that you were able to be with her when she passed. I'm sure you were a great comfort. 💜
Jenny you are looking really good and such a wonderful spirit⭐️👏
Thank you so much! 💜
Jenny you are so incredible and up beat!! Just like your doctors said, you’re only a year into your cancer journey!! Give yourself time and stay positive!!!
Thank you so much! 💜
I'm so happy for you. Things will just get better. You have a great attitude.
Thank you so much! 💜
Hi, Jenny, you look great and I'm so glad you're feeling so much better! I remember how worried you were, but all the pain and patience has paid off!
Thank you so much! Yes, patience was learned! 💜
You look great! What a good video for your ppl to share awareness!❤
Thank you! 💜
I have always admired your openness and honesty about your journey and I know there is someone out there searching for information that will find you and appreciate what you’ve shared.
Continued prayers and good wishes as you go forward Jenny, and I understand the “scanxiety”, I have my first one in August😬
Have a great weekend 😊
Thank you! Good luck on your scan and prayers for your emotional well-being on getting through it. I just looked at my July calendar and realize I haven't even written in my scan, yet. I'll have to go look that up. That will make it even more real in my brain, too. One day at a time! 💜
Jenny, I have no doubt that with you telling your story and explaining your thoughts, concerns, healing, and health experience with this, that you are helping someone out there, that is going through this or something similar. Such a journey you have been on, and I have watched your videos from almost the beginning. ❤
I thank God for my colon rectal surgeons in Connecticut. As you know, mine is a different situation then yours, but I am grateful for these awesome doctors in this field.
Lol, oh yes, you have to have a BM before you are released from the hospital! I remember that!! First thing the nurses asked each morning in the days after surgery!😊
I am so glad you are doing so well! God bless you, Jenny. Keep smiling and moving forward. ❤ Hugs to you! 🌸🦋 Praying each day for you. ✝️
Thank you so much! Yes, I am so grateful that people in the medical field have figured out how to do so many amazing things! 💜
As a fellow cancer survivor I am so happy you are doing so well. I just read where there is an increasing number of unusual cancers that there is speculation is a result of the Covid 19 infection. More research needed. You are a beautiful woman and brave!
Thank you so much! And I am happy to hear that you are a survivor! I pray you stay that way and live a long healthy life! 💜
Thanks for sharing jenny. Ive gone through galbladder removal with tumor and one third liver removal 6 months ago today july 3rd. Then compressed fractures on my back, kyphoplasty procedure june 19th, doing my 7th session of xeloda, and one week a bone strengthening injection every 4 weeks. Then a pin or rod put in spine to more stablize. It will be okay. I'll get better. I do miss working i had to take some time off work, miss my work friends. Love your videos, keep healing, your doing great. My mom had the iliostomy bag too with ovarian cancer.
Oof! It's amazing what the body can go through and heal from. Did you get any neuropathy from the Xeloda? I still have a little bit left in my feet. It's slowly getting better. Thank you for the prayers and I also hope all your procedures work and you get well, soon. 💜🙏
Jenny, thank you so much for your 6th month update. I am so happy for your progress. My 6th month lumpectomy date is June 22 - getting close. I started getting B12 inhections to get my energy back. And I gathered myself together and changed Oncologists - mine had no empathy or compassion. You have helped me so much by sharing your journey. Thank you!❤
Thank you! I am so glad you were able to change oncologists and have one that is compassionate now! Prayers that everything goes well for you! 💜🙏
Hi Jenny I'm so glad you're doing well ❤ I've lost 11kg from 2 treatments of enhertu for breast cancer did you do anything to gain your weight back? X
Thank you! And I'm sorry you are having to go through this journey. Goodness that's a big weight loss. I had lost 40 pounds the year previous to being diagnosed but then held steady throughout treatment. I drank the Ensure high protein drink and had ice cream as I figured that was high calorie. Now that I've finished treatment and surgery I have gained back 25 pounds. I pray that your weight stabilizes and that you gain back what you need to and for the courage and strength to get through this. Sending light and love your way. 💜🙏
You've done so well these past few months, Jenny - you are so strong and positive through it all! You are just so inspiring - it can really be surprising to see how far you've come since your diagnosis. Great work! Have a phenomenal week and God bless!
Thank you so much! Yeah, it is neat to look back and really see how far I've come! I am grateful to be feeling so well and being able to do normal things. I hope you have a wonderful weekend and make some great memories! 💜
