Coinbase support is the absolute worst. Every time I contact them, it takes email after email to get past their boilerplate responses. And they're super dismissive. After the boilerplate reply, they're like "Hope this helps! Let us know if we can help with something else!". Um, you haven't even resolved *this* problem yet, let alone "something else". I can't understand a company that doesn't make customer support a priority.
