Once U swap a token for another crypto asset you are making a taxable process.. then you send it to an exchange in order to sell.. once commenced you are again making another taxable process. So double taxed to sell if you can't cash out without having to swap the token is that right.

You can utilize the Dapps on the wallet since it’s linked to lots of smaller exchanges and DEXs. Send it eth and swap that for a coin you can’t buy in the Coinbase exchange.

When you first open the Coinbase app account you give them permission to access your account, that’s normal , everyone’s accounts are connected to Coinbase ( the payment methods you add ) now if you have another account and you haven’t add it to payment methods it shouldn’t be connected
