My Experience at a German Sauna

Hello internet friends, welcome back! In this week's episode I'm taking you on a beautiful winter hike in the Bavarian mountains starting from Tegernsee (an hour South from Munich).
I'm also chatting about my experience at the sauna in Germany cause it was very surprising to me and it's clearly not at all the same as we do it in France! I'd love to know how the sauna culture is in your country so let me know in the comments below:)

The Aufguss (e.g. Infusion) is performed by a Sauna master. He knows how much steam is o.k.

Nordic countries are very prudish so it is not like Germany at all. Germany is better. Netherlands, Austria and Poland at least have the same sauna culture as Germany.
