sir your lessons are wonderful. fantastic, awesome. i have never come across like this teaching in you tube english lessons, keep it up amd keep soing more and more videos, so that we can learn more and more. we need your lessons with different grammars. thank you so much.
I want to say thank you. I am 8 years late but I recognize what bullshit my teacher talks. You help me a lot. There aren't many vidoes of this topic. But yours is the one who helps me. Thank you a lot.
Thank you, Paul. It was very good to hear your explanation about the Present Simple and Presente Continous for the future. I am going to listen and watch this video a few more times.
Sorry, are they are so much differences between American and British english? (F.e. your lessons are really good, but in my area people learn American English and I wonder, maybe I will have some trouble with grammar, if I learn from your videos)
Sir,in the beginning of the video I can see infinitive passive example."I want to kiss you and I want to be kissed by you" Are they carrying same meaning? Please answer me if you check the comments. Thank you
Hello Paul thanks for your fantastic video, I really appreciate your efforts. The only thing I want to clarify is between [be going to and present continuous] Do both of them show arrangement or agreement? Can we use "present continuous" for personal plans and "be going to" plans with other people? 1 I am going to Paris tomorrow evening (we use "present continuous" if it's connected very near future maximum a week, right? ) 2 I am going to visit London next year (this one we use "be going to" for the distant future, is it so ? ) The last question I want to ask. Can we say? 2. Tomorrow I am going to buy a new memory stick. (Is this wrong ?)
we didn't discuss the main question (((. Could you please tell me why I can't say "the film is starting at seven" if "ing" means something for sure and very soon?. And I have an example about p simple "I have a meeting on the 15th, but I'm free on the following day." thanks).
Thanks for the great lesson. Can we use he or she in planned situations as we can't be 100% sure about others' plans. He's coming tomorrow. I don't think that makes sense. What do you suggest?
sir i have question about the sentence below on present continous the 1st sentence question that what are you doing tonight? tonight is today right? why you should reply back for the next week? were visting our friends next week? i dont understand sir?
Hello teacher Paul ! I have a question about expressing the near future in present continuous , namely that we can plan something maximum to a week . Is this really cultural? There is a big difference in American English they express future even saying with years the future , no time limit . I’m looking forward to your reply, Regards
hi sir ...good morning ...sir I did not get the difference between these two sentences ...I am travelling to England next summer and I am going to England next summer ...I mean what is the meaning of sentence ....going to next summer ..please explain. ...and about to and due to ....pls give more example sir ........ and sir ...is it wrong ...we are going to america next month ?... I hope you will reply soon... I Want to say thank you ...because you are doing a great work ...loads of love Paul sir ...but at the end I would like to say ...pls give more and more example ...does not matter the duration of video will increase ...but It will be helpful to us ...and as well as for the other people too... Barkha :)
Dear Paul It has been a great pleasure to watch your video. Can we use Present Continuous for future arrangements if for example we have already booked the tickets for 21 July but it is only September at the moment?
I am about to ask you a question. Which of these sentences would you use? Could you tell me where the train station is? Or Could you Say to me where the train station is? I think the first one is correct, But i want to be sure.
Thanks for the video , It wasn't clear to me the examples of present continuos . Maybe you should be give us more examples just say. Anyway thanks , by the way . Are you living in Russia right now ?
PauL, thank you so much!!! Let me join to other feedbacks, you are awesome teacher!! I'd like to ask you about one detail in this video. It's quite clear, what the difference is between "I'm going to travel next summer" and "I'm meeting with my friends this weekend". But sometimes I feel a little confused in choosing between "I will...." and "I'm going to..." when I'm speaking about 100% plans. What constraction would be more correct? Thanks in advance!
Hello! A little question..Can I use future simple instead of present continuous?? Is it wrong to say: I will go to my friend tonight? Or only: I am going to my mriend tonight. What's the difference between them?
I will go= kind of uncertainty. we often use "will" when we are not sure if we will go or not. this is just your "idea" you can say : I think I will go to my friend, probably I will go to my friend, or may be you give a promise during the conversation ,like: Ok! I will go to my friend tonight ... "going to" - Future Intention . You intent to do something without doubt. I am going to my friend tonight that means that you definitely go. and your friend knows about that. probably you have a preliminary arrangement between both of you.
Dear respected teacher, thanks a million and I really like your lecture but can you differentiate the word timetable and plan, is there any difference between this two words? it makes confuse.
hello sir, can you describe differences between these sentences which is correct and the most useful i am studyign english for five years , i will study English for five years and I study English for five years.
