Good information, but I have some skepticism when you said about the captain's indecision, regarding return to the port, before the cyclone wreaks damage. You were found saying that the captain has got lot of issues to think, before taking any decision. I am a Safety Engineer, onshore refinery, I can state with all confidence that the captain blundered in keeping the Barge there with so many people onboard, ultimately taking their lives.
