    I really hope they keep the cosmetic, and hopefully the spiralfibers take the Radical up to the level of the rest of the lineup this year.

    I’ve heard you are a serious fan of the LiquidMetal Radical which is my stick of choice, mainly because I’m yet to find anything on the market with a similar feel. How would you say the MP compares? Specs seem very similar.

    Why did they leave the 18x20 pattern? To make stringers happy that people still break them?

    • @Tennisnerd
      @Tennisnerd  4 года назад +2

      It’s still pretty tight so just a bit more lift on the ball. I personally welcome it, otherwise I would go for the Prestige MP

    Thanks as ever for your reviews, Jonas.
    Can you explain what Head mean by 'CPI' in their spec sheet?
    Had an hour with the outgoing Radical MP recently; gave me a lot of elbow pain and felt like a plank. Not impressed. May give the new ones a bat but probably not.

      @saigonbond thank you for the explanation, and the link.
      I've been enjoying sub 50 lb string tensions for a while now; technique is a whole other chapter.
      Certainly tempted to try the Speed and Gravity. Cheers.

    Played with this radical pro demo today and it was great. Need to get out and really rally and groove with it but felt more maneuverable and powerful than my blade 98s. Felt great on serve. I play with closed string pattern too and this one didn’t feel like it lost any control. Definitely thinking about the switch!

    Thanks for the video! Do you think the TK 307 black cap grommet from the XT generation will fit this MP? I used those grommets in the graphene, graphene XT, and graphene Touch generations. I don't know if the beam or mold in general has changed a lot for 2021. I always prefer to use a capped MP in lieu of a pro.

    Thanks for another great review. Could you compare these two new radicals with the prestige pro? I would obviously have to weight up the MP, leather grip plus. I’m really liking the PP 360+. Amazing stability, great feel, perfect layup, with a leather I’m at about 350 g. I just wish I had a little bit higher launch angle. What do you think?

    Hi, Jonas, I'd like to ask your advice. I play with the Prince Textreme 100P (first version), with custom (lead at 10 and 2 o'clock and at 6 and 4 o'clock, silicone in the handle), so that the racquet is more stable, but it has lost a bit of manoeuvrability. I would like to go back to a 97 or 98", weight 305 or 310g, good manoeuvrability (sw not so high) and power. Is there such a racquet? I play flat, aggressive from the baseline, one-handed backhand (slice and flat), some volleys, service slice or flat. Thank you!

      @saigonbond Gotcha. My first stick was i.Radical from the intelligence line, and it was unlike anything my friends were using at the time due to the string bed.
