Thank you for the information please just a question if you don't leave in your country can you apply for your visa in the country you leave in or you have to go back to you country to apply

If you are on a visitor visa in another country and if is not your country of residence then you would have to apply from your home country.

Thank you so much Becky
I did voluntary in my country for five years as a care worker in two different places and I'm working uptill now
But in my fourth year of voluntary in the second place I got enrolled at the University I'm presently studying Engineering and in year two,but still working as a volunteer
I'm I eligible to apply as a career
I only have one certificate I got trained three years back and recommendation from the two places
Is it ok???
@isatahawakamara2072, thanks for watching my video.
Your experience as a care worker and certificate should be fine, you can also do some online courses in health and safety, care of the elderly, dementia care ,manual handling and first aid. You also need to do the ukvi IELTS academic or general training or applying to NARIC UK now called Ecctis to validate your degree qualification. Alternatively you complete your masters in Engineering and find a job in the engineering sector dependent on what type of engineering.
Thank you so much. I'm about to start my training as a care worker. Do I need work experience before I can apply for jobs. I intend applying after my 6months training
@Onyinyechi Nwodo, thanks for watching. Hope you had a happy Christmas. Most employers prefer at least 6 months experience. My suggestion would be whilst training, you can do so work when free to count as experience. Best wishes.
You are doing a good job dear.pls while I wait for my naric verification, can I apply immediately as a senior carer.am a registered nurse.with a degree in nursing.or do I wait for the result?
@Enyins blesy, thanks for watching. You can apply for a job as you wait. The NARIC certificate should be available to you hopefully within 10 to 15 days so should be ok.

Who pays visa fees? The employer o the employee? Because that are really expensive
@az-my7gf, thanks for watching. Mostly the employees pays. It is expensive. Some employers reimburse but not many.
Thanks dear... can I do my visa application like booking without my IELTS result? This is because my exams was postponed and I don't want my police report to expire before the application
@omenaavworo975,thanks for the comments, ideally it is better to have all the documents ready before applying. I understand you don't want the police report to expire, unfortunately if you don't submit the IELTS result, the visa application will be rejected as it is a requirement. I hope this helps.

Hello darling,
I love all your videos, thank you for all the information you provided us.
I have 1 question for you. I want to become a nurse or midwife in my plan,
1, I started L1 health and social care this year to progress to pre-access,
2, Now I start working with the NHS as a waiter as I heard there are more opportunities to progress once you become NHS WORKER. DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA ABOUT THIS PLEASE I NEED SOME ADVICE.
thank you sister God Bless you.
@God is love, thanks for watching my video, there are different options. You are it is easier when working in the NHS to find the opportunities but any other care background like working assistant will help.
I found a link that can help you
www.learndirect.com/blog/access-to-nursing-and-midwifery#:~:text=What%20is%20an%20Access%20to,have%20the%20qualifications%20to%20apply.
Look at this site for some ideas access to nursing course is a good way to start.
Please feel free to get back to me if required. Best wishes
@God is love, alternatively whilst working as a waiter, you can find care assistant opportunities, work as a care assistant for a while, you can then you can apply for nurse associate training course, your employer will usually sponsor you to be working and learning to be a nurse associate, you can subsequently do top up to become a nurse. That seems to be a long process but see what you think
Thank you so much for all the information, you are so supportive. God bless you sister 🙏
The reason I can't go to access is I don't have an English GCSE or an alternative to that. they ask for L2 Functional Skills or GCSE, I m doing fs L1 alongside the L1 health and social care at college.😁 I thought it WILL be quicker to start working with the NHS (short way) that's why I started. In the end, it will take the same,
So I will stick with college then 😌
@@godislove3330 you are welcome. Feel free to get back to me if you have any further questions
Hi Becky. Can you please tell me.what type of questions that they asked you
@Marlan Harrow, I currently work as Band 7 Nurse specialist and the new job is same band but different speciality. One of the common questions asked at interview is tell us about yourself but that didn't come in my interview 😊
Some of the questions are : what skills do you have to bring to the job?
How will your manager describe your leadership skills?
What will be your priorities in the first 3 months of starting the job?
If a patient complains that you have given them wrong medication, what would you do?
These are some of the questions but this is a band 7 nurse interview

What band score do one need to work as a career
@vidaalexis9067, thanks for watching my video, for care jobs, the requirement is ukvi IELTS academic or general training overall score of 4.0 or above. Some recruiters want 5 or 6.
Please, can you use Duolingo English test to apply for Job?
Thank you
@naapongkuubermeeddward3868, I am not sure about that, as far as I am aware ukvi IELTS academic or general training.
Please from Ghana where will I get a certificate of sponsorship because they say that they don’t even know what it is
@anonymouspunisher2676, certificate of sponsorship is an electronic document that is issued to overseas skilled workers like nurses, care assistant or senior carer or care workers. The COS is an evidence that you have secured a job in the UK and when issued to you, you will use that to apply for a visa and is is valid for 3 months.

Which type interview take agency.from out side uk.
@ Gohar Murtaza it depends on what type of role. Some agencies and care homes recruit from outside.
Hi Becky...can a pregnant lady will be eligible for carer visa????please reply
@Neeli Rahman, thanks for watching my video 🙏 the UK is against discrimination on offer of job due to pregnancy so someone who is pregnant can apply however these jobs can be very difficult so so far the person can continue working to earn some money to look after themselves, that is ok. Also to qualify for work-related pregnancy benefits like pay, the individual has to work for the organisation for some number of months or year otherwise they will only be eligible for statutory maternity allowance which is not much. I hope this helps.

Do we need academic transcript from bachelor degree?? I have done my bsc nursing ?
@ incubus7340, thanks for watching, most employers would require proof of qualifications so you can use that. Thanks for this info ma, am a nurse midwife and I want to apply for health care assistant job, when doing my CV to suit health care jobs do I need to add my nursing and midwifery schools on my CV under education because I heard some people saying they were refused health care assistant Jobs bcos they are nurses. How true is this please?
@Kemi Anny, thanks for watching my video. My personal advice is that it is better for your cv to reflect your true experience and qualification.
There reason why people maybe having problems is that the recruiters may be thinking that the individual wants to use them to get here then leave to find a job in their required field of qualification ie. Nursing.
My personal advice to overseas trained nurse is to persue the NMC registration process and register as a nurse as this route is easier than the care assistant jobs route but once again it is personal choice and reason.
Add your nursing qualifications but you must be able to explain if shortlisted for interview why care assistant and not nursing. I hope this helps

@information world, thanks for watching. Most recruiters or employers are asking for at least 6 months in care related experience so you can find an online course or somewhere you can get some experience. There are a few who train staff on the job if you can find one of those employers but not many offer this option to overseas carers. @Kimble Breazell, thanks for watching.I am not sure about the US, but UK has introduced this due shortage of staff in health and social care sector.
Do you upload your educational certificates as part of your visa application?
@ BIG Daddy's TV, your educational and professional certificate will be required by your employer but when applying for visa, ukvi service may not ask for it but it is better to have it available and ready.
@@Beckysekyere Thank you for your swift response.
@becky sekyere does educational certificate includes your academic transcript?
@@johnsonohonba2534 Unless requested otherwise the certificate received on completion of the course is enough.
@@Beckysekyere thanks for ur response
Hello
I have senior chew
Can apply for health assistance
@Oluwafunmike Anike Salaudeen, thanks for watching. If you have experience in care work and some qualification or training, you can apply. I hope this helps.
How do you find Sponsorship that's the main challenge
@Kudzai Manjonjori, you are right, it is difficult to get the sponsorship but that should not stop you from persevering. It also depends on what category of job you are looking for, if nursing, it is much easier if all the NMC requirements are met. If it is for senior carers that is a not difficult and competitive because most of the jobs adverts I see a preferring sponsoring people already living in the UK.
@@Beckysekyere Health and Care Worker Visa, it would be very useful if you share information on where we can get Sponsors since you are in the industry and know where Sponsors are found

What is the health certificate
@Khauhelo Kubheka,, I think I meant criminal record certificate or some people call it police clearance certificate. The other thing is TB test certificate.
When is it's going to be close
The visa.
@Sharmin Akther, I think it might continue for sometime.
Will l be denied a visa if l didnt show my offer letter ??
But l gave them my Cos and contract ,please reply me 🙏🏿
@dorcus8436, ideally it is important to submit supporting documents and if it is for work visa the offer letter or something to show you have a job in UK so it is a bit tricky. So far as you submitted something to show or support your case, you might be ok. Keep fingers crossed for the best.
@dorcus8436, so farcas you have submitted those then you should be OK 👍
Thank you for your reply 🙏🏿
@@dorcus8436 best wishes

Do I need submit tb test and dbs cert
@Ajrd Vlog, thanks for watching. If you are in the UK and you have DS it is better to submit it. The Tb certificate seems to be on of the requirements.your GP can easily do that for you or a private occupational health service. Please see this link
