      @user-om6yj4ip1d I am not aware about that but you are on 5 year visa, you can apply for indefinite leave to remain before the end of the 5 year visa there is a financial requirement and if the relationship still holds. If your partner is on disability allowance, you might be able work with that especially if you are the carer. • @Beckysekyere
      @Beckysekyere 10 дней назад

      @sahilsingh, it depends on your situation. If you are already a nurse in your home country, it will be better to relocate to UK via the NMC registration process. If you want to train as a Nurse via the Msc Nursing with NMC registration route, then as per the course title you will have your UK NMC registration post qualification and should be able to apply for a job post graduation as a nurse or consider relocation to other countries. I agree it is very expensive and you have to consider accommodation, feeding and travel to placement.

    • @Beckysekyere
      @Beckysekyere Месяц назад

      @@williamsdamilare7476, when a foreign nurse secures a job in the NHS, the employer will place them in areas there area of experienced as much as possible, however since practice in UK is slightly from other countries and vice versa, the nurse will need to complete some competences to be signed off yo undertake some procedures. If needed, they will be sent on a course for an update if required. All newly registered nurses start at band 5 like UK newly trained nurses.

    • @Beckysekyere
      @Beckysekyere Месяц назад

      @williamsdamilare7476 , nurses are always sent on courses if identified as a learning need for their role so it depends on individual case. If a foreign specialist certificate and competence is assessed and accepted as equivalent to UK then that can be discussed with the employer but as previously said, any nurse applying from overseas to join the UK NMC as adult general nurse, will start as a pre- registration or osce nurse and after registration as band 5 but not as a specialist . @sepiderahimi-nh9se, personally I would advise you keep trying with the English and registration through the NMC process than coming as a carer or senior carer. It is easier to get jobs as a midwife than a care worker. Just my opinion Please see link to the requirements for care workers. If you have the English already, then you need to get an employer to offer you COS www.gov.uk/health-care-worker-visa/your-job

    Hey. My partner is from Brazil and she is currently living in Brazil and we plan to get married. How can she become a permanent resident in UK and live with me permanently.

      @WAHYUHDEHPON, it depends on the type of visa she has. That will determine how long she needs to stay to get indefinite leave to remain in UK. .ost people on work visa needs to be in the UK for 5 years to apply. Please see this link for more information. www.gov.uk/indefinite-leave-to-remain
