Hello Mr D2I, I'm wondering how much lead time will you need in planning a "condo-make-over." Our condo is still in construction-mode or should I say the tower, and turnover is approximately the 4th Quarter of 2025. Na-delay ng one year due to the pandemic. It's a 1BR unit with a floor area of approximately 56 square meters. My main concern is the cost/how much to budget for a complete makeover to a specific theme that we want and the length of time it will take. Is this something you can help us with, so as 'to get the ball rolling' or is it too early still at this point in time? Salamat! Your avid viewer.

Prang ang laki for 22 sqm

Approx. 5.5m x 4m para maging 22m². Pagpasok niya ng bedroom medyo nag lean in siya sa wall. 2m width for the bedroom is a good estimate based sa katawan niya to the wall. Doblehin mo yun for the living room area then good estimate na around 4m lang ang width ng condo.
For the length, around 5-6m is a good estimate nadin. Mukang maluwag kasi wala pang appliances and furnitures, pero mag meron na sisikip din tignan to.
