M not having the same led as yours it's a red led and now m confused that which side of the led is positive and which one is negative.
Long leg positive in LED short leg negative

No dear .. It turn OFF automatically when capacitor discharged fully. you can't turn off with Clap ..

Exact values ke components use karoge to work karegaa .. polarity check kijiye .. Transistor bc547 use kiya hai to working hai check ..
Led & mic polarity bhi dekhni padegi .. Positive negative
