The tastebud flow…. bro the tastebud flow is real. When you get into a routine of wearing 1 or 2 watches the others just fade away… you can have multiple amazing watches but it doesn’t matter because the core flow just keep flowing and it’s hard to break the cycle man. Then, once you break the cycle it is nice to wear the pieces you’ve neglected. I agree the flow is enjoyable, but every once in a blue moon, wearing a watch you haven’t worn in a while can be hard to take off because it’s also just so dang good. Great video Jeff 🤙
Crazy but true-I have a couple Rolex I rarely wear and when I do they seem like new watches to me 😆. I don’t blame you Jeff, your SLA’s would be hard to take off.
I have a 9 watch rotation including 3 omega, 3 seiko and 2 Rolex/1 Tudor. I do different things in each of them so they all get a decent amount of wrist time but I brought this down from a swollen 14 watches a few months ago. Not sure I could get down to 5 but often swap multiple times throughout day to give each one some time but I do envy the one watch guy. I think that brand would be omega for me but my sla043 would be heavily missed. Interesting insight but glad to know I’m not as meticulous as you are lol

I outsmarted myself by buying a smart watch. It's so good I rarely wear my others. It's Smarter than the average watch.........yes I know, but the AP cannot adjust the AC.
How would you compare/choose between these 2 watches? Contemplating to get either one of them, so far the heft and thickness of mm300 is a concern, but I'm also worried that the sla055 won't hit the spot, although I've heard the finishing and polish is better on it.
I have an SLA057, and I'm toying with getting a SLA023 cause I'm intrigued. I think I want it. They can be had pre-owned for around 2k straight outta Japan. But I fear those two can't co-exist in my 4 watch collection. What do I do, man? Omega SMP out or SLA 057 out? God. Well, at least I'm sticking with 4 piece collection.
I would keep the Omega. I feel SLA057 and 055 are overpriced compared to MM300..I mean SLA057/055 cases are simplier and they do not come with bracelets.

I would only recommend the 023 if you wear it on rubber strap. It is too heavy otherwise.
