I liked it bro, great video. Not sure the audience you were targeting but with added Inputs on screen would have been great for newer/less experienced pvpers.
You can somewhat mix up the greases with the Poisonous Mist & Sacred Blade AOW because of the noise they generate; they have the same noise, hence you can mix them up to either pressure with normal attacks or go for status/proyectiles pressure. It is probably not a game changer, but at least it is there.
About the spin tech, for some reason in the time where lock on snaps to the opp you have infinite poise and spells/incants/ projectiles just dont hit you. I do it accidentally pretty often but its pretty weird to just poise a ultra just cuz you are spinny
@@peestoredinballs Yeah as a movement option, wavedashing in elden isn't even about moving(anymore, nice nerf on that stam regen), just being in the crouch state for pressure. like you would never wavedash away, only toward and during advantage, as opposed to a game like Melee or Tekken where you would use wavedashing to position yourself toward or away all the time in neutral, disadvantage, and advantage.

Decent amount of techs for a casual pvp game, now rate the Dark Souls 2 hardcore pvp techs, there are about 69 of them. This is if you exclude techs like plugging in the controller, pressing buttons.
Sprint storage is underrated, you can do mix-ups with it because going from running to standing still and blocking looks like the startup of some standing R1s (e.g. Shamshir). If they don't roll your stored sprint you can just start mixing in actual R1s. There's mix-up potential just like with the stationary grease
Very impressive that even after removal of almost every chain cast in the game, proof from ds studio that animations didn't have blending events therefore they shouldn't chain cast, articles from smart heads in multiple different languages proving based off in-game files why chain casts are not intended we STILL have people like you that going to confidently spread misinformation based on some anecdotal evidence. tl;dr no
@@Steelovsky how has “almost every” chain cast been removed? There are multiple spells that still retain the chain casting affect, have you ever used the carian sword sorceries?

Amazing video btw good stuff man
Can’t believe Steel didn’t mention R1 out of hitstun tech. It’s the only tech that has both players questioning existence.
Infinity/10 tech, insane skill
i also like the unexpected 12th R1 is a mixup out of hitstun tech, works everytime
You forgot the R1 out of hitstun tech

should rename wavedash to crouch storage since it's the most important part of the tech I think
Always thought the name is a bit unfitting
the concept of wavedashing exists in many fighting games, the name is here to stay

Ikr, Elden Ring Its a PvE game
I'm pretty sure most of these are glitches.
Can you make a tutorial on the touch grass tech? Sounds like that tech is really difficult but if you show the inputs I might be able to pull it off.
As someone who mowns a lot of grass, remember to always wear glasses. You don't want the grass to get inside your eyes.
Tech is not doable on KBM or Controller unfortunately
Too advanced it's impossible

Surprised grafted blade tech wasn’t included, easily 10/10 considering chain casting was included.
I still remebered the R1, R1, R1 tech in Dark souls 3, best tech ever

Chain casting is not a glitch lmao, it’s an intended mechanic. Just certain chain casts were bugged
